Name: Vetis

Gender: Male

Age: 3

Pack: Erenyx

Rank Requested: Warrior

Appearance:
Malicious eyes, of a most oddly coloured nature; one a deep green, the other an icy blue, peer mischievously from the fickle brute’s face, mounted atop a lithe frame. The majority of the fur that covers his body is a dull white colour, giving the appearance of perhaps a pristine white coat, with the lightest dusting of ash on its very tips. Midway down his spine, charcoal furs meld with dusted white atop his spine, and carry onward to the tip of his tail, though never venturing down the sides of his body. His face is void of any notable markings except of course his bi coloured eyes.   To the unsuspecting, one could say he was a handsome wolf. Nothing of extreme desire, but well enough off that when needed it was easy enough to wrap the simple mind of a fawning fea around his paw. Standing no taller than the average male wolf measuring in at 74cm, the devious brute uses not sheer strength, or lightning speed to win his battles, but his corrupt, vicious mind to ensnare his victims and lure them to their ultimate demise. His words are sweet and soft, but it is a mere disguise concealing their venom laced intents. Planting lies and vile seeds for him to manipulate and grow to his own liking. Dense fur masks the many scars that litter his skin from countless battles, most from a very young age. Beneath fur and scars, well conditioned muscles cling to bone beneath his skin allowing him to move with ghostly grace, adding to his unnatural presence.

History:
Six pups were born into an average pack, to an average alpha pair. Five of these six pups were just as average as the pair from which they had been spawned. But the sixth, ah now he was something entirely different. There was something dark and unnerving about everything he did, his entire way of being. From the moment he was born, there was an aura of chaos around him. He clawed his way mercilessly across his litter mates being the first to suckle.

As the pups began to grow, so too did the uneasy feeling those who met the devilish pup felt. The pups would play, his two sisters and three brothers played as most pups did, bounding around, nibbling on one another, testing out new found limbs and senses, but not him. He would viciously snarl and growl at those who dared approach him, on more than one occasion even inflicting sever injuries upon his litter mates. These malicious outbursts earned him his fair share of scars as the others attempted to free whomever had been his victim that day. But as time went on, rash outbursts morphed into strategically planned attacks, not of physical violence, no he kept his paws clean after having been scolded and punished time and time again. His sadistic mind had evolved to manipulate the simple minds of his brothers and sisters, pitting them against one another while he watched the chaos unfold.

His poor sisters received the worst of his torment. He would whisper lies into each of their ears, telling each of them that the other had said terrible things about them. Once he had fuelled the fire to point of combustion, he would sit back and watch as the two went at each other with harsh words and occasionally claws and teeth playing into the altercation. Undoubtedly he got the most enjoyment from the rare occasions when his toxic lies bled into the minds of his brothers. Those were the fights he remembered vividly. Blood would paint the forest floor by the end of those fights. A sight that sent shivers of pleasure coursing throughout his entire body.

When the day came that his brothers and sisters became numb to the venomous words he whispered to them, he left. They no longer provided him with entertainment making them of no use to him. Useless, broken toys. His fun here had ended and he needed new pawns to manipulate. At the young age of nine months, the fiend slunk away into the night, not giving a second thought about those he left behind. His quest to infect the world with his poison had begun.

In the years that followed, the villain travelled the lands leaving a wake of destruction in his path. Not a single name of those he had used to play his sick games stuck with him. They meant nothing to him, so why bother with remembering such inept details. There was one memory that stuck with him however. One he would not soon forget, his greatest accomplishment. It was the memory of the two packs whom he had played for fools. His devious mind playing the devils advocate, until the pandemonium that ensued became greater than he had ever anticipated.

He had hoped to slither into the minds of each alpha, with high hopes to have them battle to the death, a feat he had managed two other times. But the outcome was more glorious than he had ever planned for. After weeks of ghosting between the two packs, making his presence known by both sets of alphas and their higher ranking wolves, he began his work. He lulled both packs into a false sense of security, earning the trust of all within. When he had gained the trust of the alphas, he began to voice his concerns about the neighbouring pack. His venom infected their minds, telling tales of whispers though the forest of a planned attack from the other pack. His poison leeched into their minds until the unthinkable happened.

Both sets of alphas had become paranoid beyond belief, which had been his initial plan, but when the day came that he had hoped for, the inevitable confrontation of leaders, something happened that he had not expected. When the sun set and the full moon rose, utter chaos broke out in a full battle between the packs. The night filled with howls of horror and pain, the sounds of their dying screams piercing the air. It was pure magic to his ears. He had climbed up to a high ledge that overlooked the meadow below where the battle raged on. Blood coated the ground, the bodies of the fallen scattered the forest floor. A wicked smile spread across his face. A movement caught his eyes. He scanned the bloody mess below and locked onto what had caught his eyes. 'How quaint' he thought to himself. The two alpha males lay side by side, their breathing laboured, blood staining their battle worn coats, both on the verge of death. He descended from the ledge on which he had perched, his ghost like movement carrying him across the battlefield over fallen warriors. As he neared the two he snickered and addressed them, malice laced his every word. "Well well well, what do we have here. Look around you gentlemen." he spat at them as he gestured to the mangled mess of bodies that surrounded them. "It would seem as though you have both failed in your duties to your pack. They followed you, trusted you, and you lead them to their untimely end. And for what I must ask? All due to the whispers of a stranger?" he scoffed and slowly began circling the pair, his paws not making a sound, his unnerving eyes staring at them. "I should put you both out of your misery. Yes that would be the civil thing to do." A vile chuckle spilling forth from his vocals. "Alas I cannot do such a thing. Instead I shall let you both suffer and leave you to die here with each other, surrounded by the death brought upon these lands by your own paws. Enjoy."

His wicked smile spread across his face once more as he turned and began to ghost his was towards the forest ahead, in search of his next victims. Who would be the next to fall prey to his tricks. As his paws kissed the ground with every step, his ears flickered back to the sound of a pained voice behind him. "Curse you Vetis! May you rot in hell and never find peace!" His venomous laugh spewed from his maw once more. 'How fitting' he thought, he had no intentions to, and thus set out in search of his next conquest.
