| The brute had padded through a cold snowy wasteland along his journey breathing in the cool air ever so lightly when he walks. Scanning the surrounding the male quickly found the area as barren with no real signs of life, this taking him nowhere he deiced to journey onward in search of more land. Cold, Tired, Hungry, and Thirsty, Newt finally came to halt deciding to rest. Silently he crawled into an abandoned fox den curling up into a ball and resting. A few hours later the tall brute decided it was time to go and get out of the snow as it was only going to grow as he walked, it began to snow more little white crystallized flakes fell from the sky landing on his pelt. Letting out muffled profanities of all kinds he continued on growing more and more eager to find what lies ahead maybe death? A home? It didn't really matter to Newt right now he would accept either one. If death came along so be it, he honestly didn’t really freaking care about himself anymore, as he had lost all hope and confidence but he kept venturing on. It didn’t take the brute long to catch the scent of other wolves as he came to the border, but no signs of the mysterious scents sighing he sat down hoping to give himself a rest. Finally reaching his destination he lifted his muzzle letting a howl escape his chops in hope of at least an answer.

| Fel heard the howl, getting out of her den and trotting towards it calmly. Glancing around, she could not help but notice that Desmond seemed to avoid borders. It seemed that she was the one who responded to such calls the most. Perhaps it was better this way, since he seemed to still prefer living in isolation while she had joined the pack ready and willing to pull this amount of weight. It definitely didn’t bother her, but she wondered if Desmond was actually enjoying the pack life.
The Elite ambled calmly from the woods, throwing her piercingly colorless blue gaze upon the tawny figure as soon as he appeared in range of sight. Her long tail snaked behind her body slowly with her gait. Though it was not raised in the usual display of dominance, the way she carried herself was enough to convey the message. Her chest was open, head up and ears erect, and her unwavering gaze latched onto the other’s, challenging them to remain there. As tall and lanky as the other wolf was, the brute-like Elite stood several centimeters higher. When she was within several steps of the newcomer, the raven fae paused and shook off the soft flakes of snow from her dense mountain fur. “I am Fel, Elite of Agavos under Alpha Desmond. Explain yourself and your purpose upon our borders,” she said calmly in her surprisingly deep voice. It sounded abnormal for a fae to have such a masculine tone, but it was quite natural for her. While she waited for him to speak, the Elite scanned her gaze over the amber-eyed brute’s body in a physical inspection.

| Newt arose from his current sitting position as a large figure emerged from the other side of the border, as the fae came into sight he realized it was another wolf. The female looked around six maybe even older with jet black fur. The female addressed her self and he dipped his head "Greeting's Elite Fel, my name is Newt. I have come seeking acceptance into your pack." the brute stated as the icy cool air nipped at his nose. Fel didn't look as if she meant any harm at first glance but the male was sure if he made one wrong move or statement that she could surely rip him to shreds or at least injure the brute "You See, I have made quiet a long journey seeking out your borders. It was a pretty rough few years but I managed to make it through. When I was in my old pack I was quiet interested in caretaking as my mother was the Lead caretaker which meant I got to experience such task up close." his British accent coming out quiet rough due to the cold weather making his throat quiet sore. Newt scanned the Elite once more taking in every detail jet black fur, sparkling blue eyes, and quiet a fluffy winter coat it was quiet obvious to him that she was not joking about being the Elite as her appearance clearly pointed that out. As for himself his appearance showed he was just a loner, beatin up battered, and some matted up fur from the few stops through out his journey. The large male cleared his throat trying to calm the throbbing pain within in it before continuing on "In my spare time, I would ask my mother and the other caretakers for advice and training which they gladly had gave to me. That was until we got ambushed by a pack of rouges, I ran as there was nothing to really do for such an unexperinced kid who had never had any knowledge within combat or fighting. The journey took me at least two years to get here with many trials within my journey which taught me many things" he stopped talking thinking he was giving away to much to the female that would probably get tired of his blabbing soon. ((OOC: Excuse the grammar and spelling errors I'm currently packing for Tennessee and I leave in two hours!)) |

| ((I’m going to make this a quick one.)) Fel’s gaze raked over the tawny pelt. She was slightly irritated when he didn’t show the more obvious signs of submission, but after a physical inspection, she realized that this brute might just fall over if he tried to bow or dip his head any lower than he already did. She did make a warning remark though. “Newt, I would expect more respect around your higher ranks next time…” The tone was calm, despite the deepness of her voice. The Elite female listened acutely to his story, searching through the fluff to find the more important facts. When his eyes flickered up to meet hers, she unleashed a snarl until they scattered away elsewhere upon her bulky body. As the brute’s story finally came to a close, she huffed, letting out a puff of hot breath into the chilled air. “I expect your skills as a Caretaker are adequate. We do not, however, have pups at this time, so you will also be tasked with routine things to help out the other ranks. If you lack skills in hunting, speak to me and I shall assign a mentor. I hope to find time to pull you aside, after you gain some weight, and see that you are fit for war as well. If there are pups in the nearby future, I expect you to protect them with your life.” She paused, allowing that all to sink in. “As for now, you shall follow me to the healer’s den, Caretaker Newt. Sofiel will find something for your throat, and she will also examine the rest of you for disease. You look scrawny and half-frozen. This way now.” Turning around, Fel began to walk at a brisk but steady pace towards the healer’s den, letting the brute follow her large, slithering banner. ((You do not have to reply to this if you do not wish. Please change your name to Caretaker Newt and click the "RANKS" button at the top of the screen, then request to join the Agavos pack. I would also suggest a thread at the Healer's Den. I feel like it would be a great place for him to start. Welcome to Agavos!)) |
