WORDS: 586 | TAGGED: n/a | NOTES: n/a

The spring night smells lingered in his nostrils. It was relaxing and soothed his mind. The days have been longer with little activity around the lands in which he roamed. Straying from the Pyrvanthros lands, the ghostly brute quietly walk through the lands. The shade of night made his coat appear ashen. Cyan eyes watching the path ahead as he let his paws take him. The calm atmosphere of night was enough to calm his nerves from the business of the pack. Since the promotions, he was busier than before. Training, hunting, patrols, caring for the others of the pack, and more. He was not upset about doing these things for the home he loved, but it was exhausting at times. He could hear the soft crunch of the earth below his paws as he walked along the moonlit pathways. It was until he heard the sound of water, that he knew where he was. One of the most beautiful places in all of the lands, Moonshine Beach. The orbs in the water shone like the stars in the sky. He pondered where they came from, but was glad that they appeared. Without these mystical orbs, this place would just be another simple beach with nothing extraordinary about it. Moving closer tot the waters, he gazed upon the lit waters. It was an astounding sight for the male, as he had never seen it with his own eyes until that night. A smile crept along his maw as he looked out over the body of water. It was a perfect night. The waters were shining and the weather was surprisingly warm that particular evening. He wished for some company to show, even if they were from another pack. He happened to enjoy the idea of getting to know one of another pack. Learning more about someone he was not around all day. Someone who lived a very different life than he. It was a fascinating thing for the snowy male. Just the fact that nobody lived the exact same life was utterly amazing in his mind. Silent in the night, he watched the waves pull the glowing orbs back into the water, just to be pushed back onto shore. Enjoying the peace of the night.

His mind then soon began to wander in random thoughts. He was curious about the whereabouts of the Exile he had finally met when he was speaking with the Erenyx Guardian. The dark male did not take much of a liking to him the first time they met, as it was an unusual moment for him to appear. Embracing Tundra in a friendly way. He knew what it must have looked like from the exile's perspective, but he only had good intentions. Malachai was not about to get in a fight over a fae who he did not love romantically, or return that love to him. It was a nonexistent feeling. He loved Tundra, but platonically. Siblings, more like it. Shrugging off the thought, he peered back up to the sky momentarily. A shooting star then shot across the sky, sending a streak of light through the midnight skies. Closing his eyes quickly, he made a wish. Typically, he would not do such things, as most considered it silly. In that moment, Malachai thought something good could possibly come of wishing upon a star. it was worth a try, right? Humming to himself, he listened to the waters lap the shore, the crickets chirp, and the owls hoot through the night.

And if you're still breathing

you're the lucky one. cause most of us are heaving through corrupted lungs.

She pranced over the tall grass, little giggles leaking from her ashen maw. It was Spring, yipee! This meant a few things to her, it was funny to think that a year ago she was growing and forming in Mummy's belly somehow, it meant that this was her last season that would be new to her because she'd be exactly one year soon which meant she would've experienced all the seasons at least once and best of all- more pups to mess around with! She'd no longer be the youngest as she would be a yearling and they would be the cubs. It also meant they'd be easier to influence and scare because of course little babies need to be warned about the 'big bad rogues'. She sniggered and continued dancing about the swaying grasses. She was in the Neutral lands again, hoping to find someone to mess around with- preferably someone from a pack because they amused her the most. Plus, it was getting boring back in the Rogue Lands- her siblings had disappeared, she supposed they were probably dead. Rather than this making her sad though it just made her proud because it meant that she'd been stronger and had survived. That was actually a bit odd because she was probably the most reckless out of the bunch but she supposed she was clever too, plus, she had a feeling that the world liked her. Anyway she hadn't interacted with her siblings all that much, they'd kind of gone their separate ways as soon as they were old enough to. Her brother Conny was still alive though, she'd sniffed him around but he was too uptight for her liking. Sometimes they 'interacted' because they did both have a keen eye for trouble but usually they were just using each other to get something done. Still, she'd pop in to see him at some point. Maybe visit her mom at some point too, she hadn't seen her in ages. She was still angry at her mum for keeping who their father was, a secret and her fur bristled with slight annoyance.

A noise caught her attention and her ears pricked, was that the sound of the sea? But wasn't the beach in another direction? She'd remembered meeting the apprentices, Piper and Levi on the beech before. They hadn't liked her that much, it had been a funny meeting though. Her curiosity grew stronger as she hopped froward through the tall grass until it fell away in a small slope down to a sandy beach. She gasped, emerald eyes lighting up as they focused on the water. "Oh it's sooo pretty!" She exclaimed, tail wagging and eyes lit with an almost maniacal look. The moon was resting on the beach making the sand white in colour and leaving a big white disk shining on the waters but the water didn't even need it for it had its own little lights floating on the surface. Transfixed, she began making her way down the slope only to stop and cling there, sniffing at the air suspiciously. Another wolf? Her head swung around in the direction of the scent and she saw a white adult standing by the water's edge a little while off. She'd been too distracted by the pretty waters to notice the figure before and she mentally cursed herself for being so careless. However her eye's lit up giddily and she scrambled down the rest of the slope and strolled over casually. The air was warm and she liked it much more than the coldness of Winter even though the snow had been soso pretty! She remembered the Rogue she'd met and smiled at the memory, he'd been odd and she'd liked it. It had been exhilarating! She'd won her little race though so he hadn't been able to eat her. A little giggle leaked from her speckled maw which would probably alert this brute of her presence unless he was deaf.

She skipped over the last bit of distance between them and fixed a wild yet intelligent gaze on him in a calculating manner. Not even considering personal space, she leaned forward on her ashen toes with an air of confidence as she sniffed him curiously before leaning back with a thoughtful frown on her features. "I have not smelt a wolf like you before! Is there a new pack?" She hadn't given so much as a greeting, not that it mattered to her for she cared little for his name and backstory. But she was curious about his pack. Without seeming nervous about how he could be dangerous and was much bigger, she lifted a hind leg lazily to scratch at an itch behind her ear. Maybe he'd be worthy enough to be added to her game, she hadn't played it in a long time. Suddenly remembering the water she sprung to her paws and hopped over to the shallows. The little lights floated along and she giggled at it. What even were they? Just little glowing orbs. One bumped off her paw and she leaned down to glance at it curiously before lapping it right up into her maw without a moments hesitation. She frowned for a few moments, rolling it around her mouth. It tasted weird and salty and she spat it back out- remembering the first time she'd tasted the sea and her reaction. That had almost been a year ago, she'd sure gained a lot of knowledge since then but what this was was a complete mystery to her. She pushed it back into the water and it went floating off again and her head tilted to the side, smirk playing along her lips. "Interesting, any idea what these are?" She called over her shoulder to her company, not even bothering to turn and face him. She inhaled deeply, the warm breeze tugging through her knotted fur. This felt nice.

~Chassity pressed her paw lightly on the terrain as she moved in closer to the Moonshine Beach. When she visited the beach in her own pack's territory, she was impressed. She haven't seen anything like that. The water was bitter cold and she regretted getting in the last time. But this time, her intention wasn't getting in the water. In the pack, she heard rumors of how the beach environment glowed at nighttime. Due to overworking herself, she took a nap in the beginning of dusk. Luckily however, she got up at night with more energy and she took advantage of that. Chassity decided to visit the beach. Softly, the warrior began to inhale the fresh air and appreciate every moment of it. The wolf didn't know how often things like that could happen. Reaching the beach, she realized what many wolves stated were true. The blue orbs were glowing giving the setting a majestic aura. It was extraordinary. The gray wolf started to pad closer to shore, but then stopped dead in her tracks when she scent two others. One was from Pyrvanthros and the other... not so much. Alertly, she scanned the clearing and saw two figures. Not being up close, she couldn't tell which one was part of her current tribe. Chassity's hackles went up and her teeth were half bared. Her now narrowed blue gaze staring dead at them. For a moment, she wondered why one of the wolves acted so calmly around the other. She haven't seen such thing before. Back in her time, any wolf out of the loop would be torn to shreds.  There were no such things as "neutral territories". Could it be? She thought. After all, the pack she was currently in had many surprised up their fur. That may be one of them. Calming down a little, she began to wait and see what happened next.  ~

Yuki carefully crept along the shifting dunes of the beach, her snout held low as she sniffed along soft, cool sand. Once again, she had attempted to sleep once dusk fell, but her insomnia seemed to possess other plans for her fate, and after an unbearable hour of still wakefulness she decided to at least do something that at least wasn’t lying around in the darkness, exhausted. It wasn’t so humid at night, and sometimes, if the breeze was strong enough, it would even succeed in cooling her off. Perhaps if she wandered long enough, let the arid night air chase away her multiple discomforts, she could, perhaps, finally succumb to actual exhaustion.

Unfortunately the solid white disk of the spring moon had gradually risen to its peak in the sky by the time she reached the beach, and the restlessness of her disposition had not faltered at all. Subsequently she had settled on scouting out the borderlines of the neutral territory, locating the beginnings and ends of each packs’ borders, not really out of any occupational need, but merely out of a consolidative boredom. There really wasn’t much prey out here save for the occasional stale drifting of hare, and she was somewhat unintentionally reminded of the first time she had stumbled upon this place, when she had allowed some formerly doomed rabbit to skip away so she could examine the miraculous glow of the shifting water. That, of course, was when she had run into Lyonitus and Teeku, and later on Fel, from Agavos. She narrowed her austere gray focus at the memory; she couldn’t bring herself to harm the Helidos brute, and now one of her pack mates likely perceived her as soft, hardly a positive term to fly around a pack as brutal as Erenyx. Yeah, I don’t give a shit. She thought dismissively, swiftly electing to ignore the rather frivolous notion. I preserved my dignity. Any shambling flea with an ailing ego who wants to say otherwise can try and see just how soft I am. There were very few things in this world that got to her, and someone else’s fool hearty perception of her was not one of them.

A familiar scent suddenly struck her on the mild ocean breeze, and she lifted her snout in the direction of the shore line concealed behind the dunes, a fond smile tugging at the edge of her maw. The plight of her restlessness entirely forgotten, she crouched low before shifting her body forward, silently thankful she was already down wind. Upon cresting the rise, she easily spotted the pure white of his pelt among the dull tones of the sand, the moon’s quiet light affording his pelt a kind of lambent glow. A sly smirk easily settled over her snout as she slowly pressed forward, doing well to ensure the loose sediment beneath her did not shift enough to reveal her presence. She wondered if she’d be able to send him sprawling into the cold water if she tackled him with their difference in stature, but she abandoned the venture when she noticed a young yearling had gone splashing into the scintillating waves ahead of him, the light muffle of her voice inaudible to the Erenyx scout.

She paused for a moment before letting a casual grin settle over her maw, her demeanor far more relaxed than the usually defensive behavior she displayed around strangers. ”Well well, if it isn’t Sir Delta.” She remarked as she strode up behind him, her teasing, for once, entirely friendly. ”You’re certainly looking well, no doubt you’ve been leading a posh life.” She gazed out towards the juvenile hopping ecstatically about the shallows then, a diminutive, well intended snicker muffled at her maw at the pup like wonder of her actions. ”Who’s your little friend?” The scent belying the stench of salt and brine were an amalgam of Pyrvanthros and… something else entirely. It wasn’t uniform, like a pack’s signature aroma, but more of a loose band of varying fragrances and wolves. It was actually a kind of smell she carried herself for about a fourth of her life. Ah, she’s a rogue. When the breeze occasionally settled into stillness, however, another faint smell caught her attention, something coming from behind them that, if the wind had not died for a moment, she wouldn’t have noticed. She glanced around the dunes for a moment as she attempted to pinpoint the origin of the brief scent, her eye narrowed slightly in analytical observation. ”I think you’ve got another friend hiding out here too.” she stated objectively, unable to discern the nature of the smell once the breeze picked up again.

Healer Eirwen

With her gaze lowered | 'She smiles shyly' | "A soft laugh echoing"

Breathing out, Eirwen felt her chest deflate, in sync with the tides of the water. The blue bio-luminescence of the beach lit up against her own cream fur, giving it a faint glow and she found herself unable to tear her eyes away from the sand. How did sand glow? Surely, it wasn't supposed to, not like this. Although she did not object to the beauty it provided, she still found it curious to how it was a natural phenomenon and not something created by something else. Paws sinking slightly into the ground beneath her, she trailed along the sea, feeling the soft licks of water. It wasn't often that she came to the beach, in fact, she hardly ever left Pyrvanthros. This small amount of freedom was pleasant and she found herself enjoying the cool sea breeze as well as the glow of the moon, shining upon her.

She wasn't sure what caused her to wander so far from home, but she did not regret it. To have seen such a marvelous view was her own good fortune and yet she found it slightly disheartening that there was no one else to share the moment with. Any companion would do, be it friend, lover; if she had one or just a stranger. 'Then perhaps you should go look for one.' Yes, that was a good idea. But seeing the moon high up in the sky, she wondered if there would be anyone still awake. Probably. Well, she'd just have to try her luck.

Humming to herself, she kept her pace steady, not really in a rush to find anyone. Of course, she did hope to meet someone, but she never kept her hopes up in fear that they would be crushed. Tilting her head towards the moon, she sighed, releasing a gentle breath into the air. She was always a minor pessimist for her realistic thoughts were never as bright as she'd hoped. Oh well, there wasn't anything or anyone around that could change her mindset. 'Might as well continue on.'

Her pawprints were spaced out evenly in the sand, precisely placed with each step and just looking back at the path she had left, gave her immense satisfaction. Yes, order was what she sought and to see such perfection sent her heart beating and a wide smile to spread across her paw. Maintaining her pattern, she walked and walked until she saw something that sent her heart into an even more furious thunder. There were wolves awake! A lot of them, in fact. And amongst them, she recognised Malachai. Only.

Happy to see her...superior, friend? Again, she trotted up to the group, sticking closer to Malachai than the others, in natural shyness. "Hello...", she said timidly. She more or less hid behind him as she observed the others in the group. She didn't know the other three females, only that one smelled of pack and the other two didn't. Silvery blue eyes shining with mild curiosity, they roved over the two non-pack females, wondering where they came from. The silver-eyed one seemed to belong to another pack, a scent that she didn't think she'd come across before. And the other younger one didn't have a pack scent at all. Now that was interesting. Eye flickering over to her other packmate, she smiled gently and briefly before lowering her gaze. She would have introduced herself but after saying that single 'hello' to Malachai, she felt her voice die as did her courage. 'Good one, Eir. Good one.'

WORDS: 730 | TAGGED: Lynx, Chassity, Yuki, & Eirwen | NOTES: Well, Mala is quite the ladies man

Scents of wolves suddenly surrounded him. It was a wave of different smells. Some, he recognized has his old friends, while others were foreign to him. Turning his head to the side, he could see the shape of the younger wolf. My her scent of nothing but the forest and woods, it was clear that she was the offspring of a rogue that must live in the lands. His gaze was soft as it fell upon the yearling. He smiled as the pup came closer to sniff him, chuckling slightly. "There is little one. My name is Elite Malachai and I live in the pack of Pyrvanthos." He nodded to the youngster, hoping that would quench her curiosity for now. Cyan eyes watching as she bounded over and snatched one of the orbs in her maw, just to spit it back out. He chuckled as he watched her try to figure out what the glowing balls of light were. "Well, I've heard a story about these orbs. They say that these are the spirits of other wolves. Those who have both our ancestors and the loved ones we lost. You must be careful, as they are very precious and can even bring good luck." He made up a story in his mind that he believed could possibly be an answer to the mystery of the floating orbs. Another scent caught his nostrils just as he finished speaking. Twisting his head back to see where it was coming form, he could see the figure of another wolf not too far into the shadows. The scent of Pyrvanthros was clear on their fur as the slight breeze swept it towards him and the young rogue pup. The snowy wolf nodded to the other wolf in acceptance of their presence and allowing for them to join the two if they so wished. A familiar voice then cracked through the air. "It's Sir Elite, to you Madam Scout." He snickered in a playful tone as her voice came up from behind him. Smiling at the Erenyx female, he chuckled as she went on about his looks for a moment, then to question about the young pup that wandered out along with him. "Ah, you know. Sleeping and feasting all day while others wait on me tail and paw." Malachai joked with the sarcasm obvious in his voice as he spoke to his old friend. She was someone who he found himself to always get along with despite their differences. "The young'n? I don't know her name. And I already took notice of the fourth party member in the back." He nodded as they spoke of the unknown wolf who sat in the shadows. "How has the great Scout Yuki of Erenyx been these days?" Nudging her for a moment before looking back towards the pup to make sure she was safe. Although he knew not of the young one's name or parents, it was a strong instinct of his to make sure the pups were always safe after he found Piper that fateful night. The brute cared deeply for the younger wolves, of not only his pack, but of all packs. No matter where they grew up, they were still young and learning how the rough world works.

Another familiar voice caught his ear. It was the soft and quite voice of the female healer of his pack. He slimed at her as she mustered up the voice to say hello to him. It was obvious to the male that she was timid around the others. "Good Evening, Eirwen." The Elite gave a smile to the smaller female as he looked up to once again, check on the rogue pup. Turning his head back to Eirwen, he motioned for her to move to his side if she so wished to feel a little more secure around the others. He had no shame in having another huddled next to him in nervousness of being around so many other strange wolves all at once. The blue-eyes wolf was more than willing to make his pack mate more comfortable in such a situation. It was his duty to not only protect her from others if any threat were to come, but all the others of his pack as well. It was his job, and he took it with pride.

PostSubject: Re: Midnight Wanderer [Open] Midnight Wanderer [Open] Icon_minitimeMarch 27th 2016, 16:33

Lynx swung her body around to face this light pelted brute once again as he smiled in her direction almost gently. Like one would treat a pup she supposed. She was half offended and half disappointed. Lynx seemed to have intellectual abilities that one her age shouldn't and she questioned things with a strange severity that most pups didn't. She didn't contain the cute curiosity of other pups but more a demand for knowledge. A hunger to know more and to use it in ways most would not deem right or sane. However most adults would never expect this of a pup, forever underestimated they were. She sighed softly and put on a dangerously sweet smile as she sauntered away from the water's edge and closer to the larger brute. As she was nearing her first year, she'd lost some of her 'puppy lankiness' and was starting to grow into herself. However he still stood taller and bulkier yet this did not daunt her. She could already tell that he was not the type to 'ever' harm a pup. She took note of that pack's name, that would come in handy later. Listening to what he spoke about the orbs she scoffed openly.

Before she could speak in reply, the scent of another came wafting over her smelling much like the brute before her. However than even before she could say anything to that another made its presence known on this stretch of sand. Now she recognised the scent of this wolf, the same smell that had clung to little Apprentice Piper. A smirk curled along her speckled maw at this memory, she would pay her little friend a visit someday. Maybe play one of her little games...wouldn't that have an interesting end! A little giggle escaped her maw, sounding innocently childish enough to one but if they knew the thoughts playing in her mind they would most likely be horrified. She'd paint the poor colourless white flowers red with the blood, ooh it'd be pretty! For that silly apprentice would never succeed through the game surely. She watched idly as the two spoke, light affection in their words that made her maw wrinkle. Affection frustrated her, attachment was stupid. It merely weakened you but hey, pack wolves were plain weird. They literally relied on each other. She arched a brow as this wolf referred to her as this 'Malachai's' friend and simply stated. "We're not friends" As if it were the most obvious thing ever. She wanted to answer the answer Malachai had given when she'd asked about the glowing orbs and yet another wolf arrived causing her to roll her emerald gaze impatiently.

This one hardly spoke a word, movements quick and nervous. She scooted behind the Elite and simply uttered a small hello. She got a few curious looks but eventually all seemed quiet again. The other remained in the shadows. "Well now that you's are all done swarming around him like the pathetic pack creatures you are" She sneered the words out, but not in the usual puppy disobedience. Her gaze was clear and focused, she was aware of what she was saying. "Anyway I'm not getting into a debate about packs and rogues and blah blah blah as the two sides will never agree but you" She spun around on one ashen paw to face Malachai "I was asking a logical question there, I wasn't asking for a story. What is everyone's obsession over the dead. All you're doing is dying for crying out loud! You's are all so obsessed with the past I mean like move on. My siblings are dead, see me whining over it? Didn't even realise they were dead until recently, considered killing them a few times when they were pissing me off but I guess nature got them instead" She shrugged, eyes narrowed dangerously. His explanation had pissed her off and her paws dug into the sand now. She knew what she'd get now, some gentle scolding and a long lecture. A hollow laugh escaped her, stupid adults...She knew those gentle concerned looks would easily turn to horror if they saw what she could do. It's what always happens, such shallow minded wolves. Except that rogue Mjolnir...he'd been the cleverest of them all and he'd wanted to eat her. What a funny little world.

[This is a phone posts so be aware that there may be mistakes and bleh. Also I'd encourage you's to read this whole post thoroughly, I'm still developing Lynx's 'insane' type of personality and it isn't easy for me to get it across a whole group. So please just pay attention to the little details that can be easily skipped over, I'm using her thoughts to describe her better to you's, thanks <3]

~Chassity watched the wolves as they spoke for a long time. It didn't take a genius to know that this was indeed some type of neutral territory. The wolves from different groups were talking to each other like nothing was at stake. The warrior started to walk over to the group in calm steps. Though they weren't pulling each other's face off, she still kept her guard up. Her blue eyes remained cold as ever, her ears were still erect, but constantly twitching. The jaws of the wolf was a little open to reveal hints of her black lips as if she was to pull them back every second. As she got closer, the smells were getting much more obvious. It seems as if all the females are just gathering around this one male, who was in her pack along with the wolf standing behind him like a shy apprentice. A tiny part of her wished that there were no words of romance. That was a topic that she wasn't comfortable to touch and she was often quick to step away. She wasn't the type of wolf anyways. Analyzing the scents of the wolves, romance talk would have been unlikely. Romance was something many kept secret and there was variety in pack. Well, a little.

The warrior heard a little bit of the conversation coming from a gray wolf who seemed like she had issues. She raised her brow, but continued walking toward them. Chassity stopped when she got close enough. She didn't want to get too close with the wolves. That wasn't her purpose of coming to the beach in the first place. When the crazy wolf stopped talking, the warrior couldn't help but look around. The gray wolf was really confused. It sounded like the wolf was responding to something that wasn't really...the point of the conversation. The large she wolf sighed and focused her gaze on the last wolf who spoke. "Remind me," the wolf said. "about the possession of the dead. I don't know the harm of us 'pathetic creatures' thinking of our love ones what have been deceased. I think there is a difference between thought and a possession. I don't recall anyone mourning of the dead around here. If it was mentioned somehow, I would think of it as just a mere thought of a big picture," she looked at the wolves around her. "Correct me if I'm mistaken." The wolf added. Her blue gaze remained emotionless as she kept her solid stance. It was as if she didn't speak at all.

Chassity was someone that everyone would describe a straight-forward and cut to the point. She wouldn't lie about anything unless she really had to. It had to be a very good reason. When she makes a point, she suspends her judgment and based it on logic. It wasn't like she had much feeling anyways. Gazing from one wolf to another, she waited for someone to object or chance the subject. Preferably change the subject. "I didn't get your names. I'm Warrior Chassity."

Having not been in the neutrals for quite some time the Alphess decided that tonight would be a good night for a walk. The moon above cast a glowy shadow on the land around her, and as she walked the soft sound of rolling waves caught her attention. She hadn't been to the beach in quite some time and loved the feeling of sand beneath her paws. A happy sigh escaped her maw and as she walked in the darkness the scent of sea mixed with the scent of others. A few scents she recognized as her own pack, but a few were new to her and caught her interest. Stepping out from the darkness she approached the little group and dipped her head in greeting. "Hello Malachai and Eirwen pleasure to see you here. You as well, Chassity is it? I don't believe we have met before. I am Alphess Chiara." She introduced then swung her attention to the Erenyx fae and little rogue. "I don't think I've met either of you before, but you do look familiar. Teren let you out of the pack lands did he?" She asked Yuki, smirking a bit.

The rogue was new to her as well and she smiled softly at her. "Hello young one, whats your name?" She questioned, wondering if she would be pleasant or skiddish as some rogues were. "Seemed a nice night for a walk in the moon light. Appears as though my good idea was shared by you all as well." She concluded then waited for replies. She seated herself near Malachai, remembering to speak with him the next day about the training on the warriors and delta pair.

The White Knight

"Speech" + 'Thoughts' + Actions

Night. A perfect time to get away from the duties of the pack life and explore a new place. Hearing whispers around the pack lands about a land where only at night orbs glowed in the water. So Zephyr relaxed in his den until night fell. Once the land was fully dark he lifted his body from the cold and dusty ground below him, in his den. Zephyr pushed into the cool night air, taking a deep breath. Instantly calming his body, he started moving slow and quietly through the pack lands in order to not wake any wolves from their slumber. It was the perfect night, the wind blowing softly against his fur. On his way towards the border he passed by a den he remembered from a Winter day after walking his best friend back to her den. Paislee was probably asleep inside so he didn't stop by to say hello, instead he continued on for his walk to the Neutral lands. Stopping at the border to make sure that no enemy wolves were trying to intrude. Nothing. He would feel absolutely guilty if his pack was ambushed while he was away enjoying the view of an ocean. Especially since he had been training himself in fighting so that he can defend his pack from any enemies. As if being large wasn't enough. Which in some cases it wasn't.

Once reaching the neutral lands Zephyr sped up, not having to worry about waking up wolves. Unless there were any Rogues, but he doubted that. He form moving swiftly and quickly, dodging any tree's or obstacles. Amber eyes looking for a break in the tree's, but before he could find the break Zephyr slowed his speed anyways and listened. The waves were moving over the land, he could hear it. The scent of salt filling his nostrils, perfect. Zephyr moved quietly as he pushed through the lands and soon his large form was standing at the edge of the woods. He looked over the beach and could see the orbs. Beautiful, just like they said, but more. But voices interrupted his thoughts and he turned to see what seemed like a gathering. He moved closer and caught scent of four Pyrvanthros wolves an Erenyx wolf and a Rogue. He moved through the sands and smiled as he joined the group. Four wolves were familiar, yet only three he knew the names of. "Hello Elite Malachai, Alphess Chiara, Warrior Chassity and others that I don't believe I have met yet. I do hope that I am not interrupting you, it is nice to meet you three." Zephyr dipped his head towards Malachai and Chiara, then directed his last part of his sentence towards the Erenyx wolf, Rogue and Pyrvanthros female hiding behind Malachai. Having heard what Alphess Chiara had said he smiled, "It does seem that way," he spoke to her without looking her in the eyes, knowing that, that is disrespectful. He chuckled at the thought of all of them having them same thought.

She laughed a bit beneath her breath at his correction of his title, her sly grin and teasing tone tinged with a warmth she was normally unaccustomed to displaying. "Woah, I'm impressed. Should I expect to call you Sir Beta the next time I see you, m'lord?" She inquired with a brief snicker, her bemused grin broadening somewhat at his exaggerated declaration of personal ease and grandeur. "Oh my, what a noble endeavor! You may just want to slow down on the fine dining from time to time. Wouldn't want to lose that sturdy figure." She returned his nudge with one of her own, her voice jocular as she offered him a friendly smirk. "Ah, I've been wandering around, trying to avoid catering to the whims of a pissy psychopath, as per usual in my lovely pack. I'm sure your alphas are a bit more fun." It was then, as she reminded herself of her ever deplorable governing body, that she recalled what her alpha had proposed, how he'd mentioned a desire to wipe Pyrvanthros from existence and claim their lands. The warmly sarcastic smile tugging at her maw faltered into austere concern for a moment as she gazed at her friend, her stomach dropping with a sickening weight. It was only talk, but considering the impulsive tendencies of the power hungry despot's prior actions regarding Helidos, she didn't want to take any chances. She lowered her voice slightly, ever conscious of the possibility of unwanted listeners. "Malachai, I have to tell you something."

She shut her maw when the rogue pup made her smug proclamation of non affiliation, and a far more familiar smirk of sarcastic insolence fell of her expression at the rogue's unexpected rant. She sunk her claws into the shifting sand beneath her as the juvenile made her desire to kill her siblings known, a sharp, mocking chortle slipping from her maw. "I wouldn't have expected such a clever brat to say something so ridiculous." She commented wryly before taking a step towards the juvenile, her disposition seemingly nonchalant in spite of her brash grin. She lowered her head somewhat to address the female at eye level, her tone mockingly aloof in spite of the familiar spike of rage, loathing and agony that tore through her chest. "You know, I knew someone who had the same exact idea, except he actually carried it out. He was the heir, but when the pack found out, they attacked him and ran him into exile. Now his pelt's wanted by everyone who used to adore him." She straightened back up then, a terrible deluge of shame and pain concealed behind her expert wall of sarcasm. "You seem like a smart pup; don't waste your life on shit as stupid as useless killing. You'll end up paying for it with your life." She was going to make sure, at any cost, her brother would.

She listened to the Pyrvanthros fae's piece in silence, quietly noting her austere demeanor and the somewhat timid disposition of the white she-wolf hiding behind Malachai. Both appeared patently wary of her and the rogue, and she supposed she understood why. Pyrvanthros was still a fairly new entity; they may not have encountered wolves outside their pack before. She shifted her flint colored focus directly towards the gray pelted female as she introduced herself as Chassity, her expression objective. "Yuki, from Erenyx, if the stench of blood and death didn't give it away." She offered the she-wolf a diminutive smirk of jocular sarcasm, her demeanor relaxed and casual.

She turned her snout in quiet alertness towards the source of a new voice, a strange sense of familiarity ringing at the back of her mind as she regarded the dark colored Fae who approached. She expelled a quiet huff of remembrance as the she-wolf introduced herself as alphess Chiara, and though she had never met the Fae directly before her hegira, she could recall glimpsing her at some point around the territority. So, she's the one who left and started that pack. She snickered at her mention of Teren, her steel like gaze alight with sarcastic amusement. "Ah yes, sometimes he breaks long enough from basking in his own mighty glory to allow his poor humble servants some freedom." She considered for a moment attempting to warn them both of what she'd heard while they were both here, but swiftly suppressed the urge. It wasn't safe to dispel information around so many wolves she didn't know; the group was already large and another one of Malachai's pack mates soon joined them out of the gloom, greeting them with a dip of his head. If Teren ever found out, he would not hesitate to rip out her entrails. She couldn't risk someone overhearing, and she'd only just met the alphess. Malachai was the only individual she really trusted.
