She'd already been awake when the call had sounded from the heart of the camp. From where she'd been lying under the rustling leaves of a small shrub, the petite wolf had taken her time gathering herself together before standing and stretching luxuriously. Teren had been on the quiet side recently, many not seeing much of the large black Alpha but rumor had it that he'd gotten into a fight in the neutrals recently and it interested her immensely. She trotted stiffly into the clearing, joints stiff and sore from the damp, dew-covered grass she'd been laying on. She flicked her gaze over the pitifully small group currently gathered in the clearing and silently prayed that she was just early. She had been awake already and beside camp after all, who knew where the others were. She gazed up at the alpha wordlessly as he spoke, feeling interest draw her gaze to his son as the brute watched on in his own silence. What would Sam do with them? She twitched the tip of her tail uneasily at the thought of orphaning the children but she knew Teren had to be dealt with, they'd be sad at first but it was for their own good. It had to be. She leaned back on her haunches near Piper, keeping a half eye on the young Warrior. Since that day she'd met her as an apprentice along with Malachai, she'd felt a bond and responsibility towards the young wolf especially considering how she had no other family in the pack. And she knew better than anyone that Erenyx was not an easy pack to feel alone in. She fell back into her own thoughts then, only faintly hearing Teren mention a hunt and losing interest in who else arrived to his call.

Finally the large brute seemed satisfied with his group and signaled for them to depart from the clearing. Tundra followed her packmates, keeping watch on the rear end for any possible dangers and also because she enjoyed the solitude back here. Some chatter reached her ears but mainly it was quiet siding the steady thrum of paws hitting the damp grass. Autumn had finally graced the lands after a long Summer and it was these first few months that Tundra liked best. Before it got really cold and beautiful unique colours painted the territories. As they reached their destination, Tundra felt instincts battle her desire to not get too involved in anything to do with Teren and slight excitement did tingle in her pads as her hazel gaze rested on the herd of deer not too far off. She felt herself listening intently to the words Teren spoke. As he gave out the instructions, she nodded along. It made sense, she'd give him that. She cast a sideways look at Braelyn and Lyonitus, acknowledging them with a nod of her head before crouching and waiting for the others to position themselves. Finally everything seemed ready and she slunk forward into the open, taking the left flank. She could see one doe that stood tall and proud near one of the bucks, she seemed like a good target and she flicked her tail slightly in her direction, hoping the other two would understand what she meant. Her white pelt worked best during the snow covered winter so for now she would have to keep low and hidden in the long strands of grass, twitching her nose as they tickled the sensitive skin.

Anxiety stirred in her stomach, distracting her slightly despite the adrenaline coursing strongly through her at the thought of the kill. Where was Samael right now? Last time she'd seen him he'd been distracted, and stronger. Much stronger. He'd been training and he was almost ready. He'd kept telling her it would be soon and she grit her teeth stressfully. After all that work for him to be seen here in the Neutrals and slaughtered, and she knew it wouldn't just be him to die. She wouldn't stand by and watch Teren kill him. Even when Samael decided to challenge the brute. If the Exile died, so would she. She could just hope he was tucked away safely in the Exile territories.
