Rose had led the male to the clearing and then she had wandered off to hunt and do her duties. Her heart raced as she searched in the woods near the clearing, keeping an eye out on the brute. She gave up on hunting and slowly sat beside her den, hidden by tree roots. She searched the clearing for the brute, curious and wishing to start a conversation with him once more. She wanted to know more about the brute that she had accepted and trusted into the pack lands. Her jerked as she heard something, birds that were late on autumn were flying about. Her amber eyes searched the clearing and to her surprise, the male appeared from a den that was close to her own. She turned slowly and moved since she was behind him ever so slightly. Her paws touched the earth and her small body swayed with the wind. Slowly she stopped, a few feet away and sat down. "Have you found yourself a suiting den Warrior Zion?" Her voice rang out ever so gently, words soft spoken and sweet. She wrapped her tail around her body and watched him closely to make sure she hadn't startled him. Her amber eyes danced with joy as she spoke, her heart pounding in her chest as another autumn breeze ripped through her pelt. "Have you found any pelts to line your den? Or perhaps I can help you..." She offered friendliness and sweet talk. Her shoulders shivered as the cool air touched the earth and her body. She wasn't too cold, but she felt the urge to step into the safety of the woods. She shifted and tried to see if there was anyone else in the clearing, her white ears flicking forward. She twisted back to see the brute and a shy smile came across her maw.

Rose smiled warmly and nodded her head gently as he spoke. Her amber eyes flickered slightly as the male got up and moved to cover her from the autumn breeze. Her tail curled around her body and she tilted towards the larger male that blocked the cold winds with his own body just for her. Her eyes danced and she held back a small laugh. "Yes, I am... thank you." She felt like stumbling over her words as she really did not know how to respond to the kind gesture. As he lay across the ground, she took a moment to register in her mind what exactly to do. She slowly dropped to the ground, her body pressed against the ground and she was indeed smaller then the male. She let a laugh escape her maw, warm and gentle as it floated through the air around them. "Well, Warrior Zion. I would figure out some simple things. Ask her what her favorite things are, strike up a conversation and be as very caring and gentle as you can. Be yourself, make sure you can be comfortable being yourself near them... whether it be very pup-like or very elderly. Faes around her aren't impressed at strength, they are impressed by the way one acts and feels. You should also learn about their pasts, how they act and why." She nodded her head firmly, amber eyes sparkling with joy as she looked up at him slightly. She rolled from her stomach to her back and waved a paw in the air. "Is there anything else you wish to learn about courting faes around here?" Her voice was teasing and she tilted her head towards him, eyes dancing with playfulness. Her tail brushed the ground and because she was so close to him, her tail would tap lightly against him. Her fur bristled against his, sending shivers up her spine and making her chuckle lightly. She looked up at him again, waving a paw in the air and chuckling. "Since you have found a den, if you ever need anything... I live in that den over there." She pointed her nose to a den covered by roots that was a little bit near the new warrior's den was. She twisted back to look at him and smiling warmly. It was her way of telling him that if he ever needed to talk, or simply go for a walk, that he was more then welcome to awake her or seek her out.

The white fae could only watch the male as he responded and moved to hide her small frame. Her amber eyes widened but she didn't move from her spot. Her ears flicked forward and she relaxed slowly as she listened to his sweet voice ring out into the air. She licked her ebony nose slowly and tilted her head to see him smile at her warmly. She listened, the fragile fae, as he asked about something she hadn't spoken about in quite a while. She leaned slightly towards him, as if she were going to fully lean and put her weight against the brute, but slowly she swayed ever so slightly away. "My past is of no secret Zion, any whom ask may hear the tale." She blinked slowly and nodded her calmly. "I was born in a pack quite a long while away from these lands. My mother was Lead Healer and my father was Beta and dear friend to the Alpha. When I was born, the youngest of a litter of four, we were brought to the Alpha as my pack's tradition and by him we were named. Thunder, Lily, Holmes and Rose" She took a pause to think and then she would continue. "By the age of six months we were trained in three skills: healing, fighting, and hunting. I was the one skilled in herbs and fighting, my sister was going to be a great hunter and my brothers were deemed worthy to be warriors... however my older brother Holmes was sickly since birth, and no herbs seemed to cure him." She flicked her ears slightly, trying to recall every memory that she held and stored within her mind. "By the age of one year, we were all granted out ranks except for me. I was taken to the 'alpha's rock' and it was declared that I would be the alpha's future mate when I turned of age." Her amber eyes danced slightly at the memory, both from nerves and joy. "The alpha took a fancy to me, and my sister was jealous. She refused to speak to me, but I assume she has forgiven me since then. Before I could be taken as the alpha's mate, the rival pack attacked and took my older brother as a prize. Holmes and myself fled and we thought we had escaped when the Elite's of the other pack came bursting through the woods. My brother sacrificed himself since he figured he would not live anyways, and so I ran for most of the night until I could no longer move. When I opened my eyes, a loner was standing over me and startled me. I argued with him and then he decided to take me under his paws and teach me how to use my skills even better then my own mentors. I stayed with him for a year and then we were attacked by a large cat and he died before my eyes..." She grew silent as the painful memories pressed in her mind. She shook head slowly and licked her ebony nose. "I traveled and lived in a land with three packs. One of the packs was ruled by our very own Alphess Quinn and Alpha Fenris. The pack I stayed with had a great Alpha, and many faithful pack members. My brother, Thunder, he lived as a Warrior in the third pack. I made friends and family, I had yet to find a mate when my brother entered my life again. He had fallen in love and had told me that my sister and him were still living. So I was happy, but after a while... a fire consumed the lands that Alphess Quinn had ruled, and a illness had swept through the pack I was in, killing most and leaving the rest to flee. My brother's pack was wiped out mostly by fire, and perhaps by the same illness my pack had endured. But I believe he is still alive, and my sister as well." She smiled happily and wagged her tail at the thought of her siblings being alive and well. "I moved here and was greeted in a storm by the Beta here known at 'Juno' and since then I have lived an adventure of love and hope." She beamed happily and breathed slowly as she recalled his last question. "I like to run, it is my best ability and I use it to the fullest. How about you Zion, what do you like to do?" She slowly tilted her head to the side and flicked her ears slowly. Her amber eyes glistened and she felt relaxed even with some of the painful memories that circled her mind. She could remember the deaths, the losses... but she could also remember every time she had been pulled from the darkness and let into the light.
