Zephyr found himself, most of the winter, in the pack lands around his pack constantly. He had been doing his job and kept the pack fed almost never taking a break from his work. That morning Zephyr finished his work early and headed for the borders, he needed a small break from the constant pack interaction. He felt a bit guilty although he knew all wolves took a small break from the pack, some more then others. He moved swiftly through the lands and thought about a place he hadn't been since he joined, he remembered that he made a mental note to come back since and he decided it was his favorite place to run. He just needed to be able to release all of the stress of his work from him. When he came over the ridge he looked at the white wonderland below him. A valley was in front of him with a river running down the middle. He smiled, it would be more beautiful without the snow although he didn't mind. It still looked amazing. He sighed then took off running through the snow. He felt the cold air through his fur and he completely forgot about his duties to the pack. He felt free as the snow spurted up behind him with each stride, he felt like a loner again without having to worry about anything else. But he loved the pack life, life as a loner made him feel useless and gave him nothing to do. He finally had a use and as he slowed he no longer felt stressed over belonging to a pack. Now he realized just how much he loved being in a pack. His duties gave him purpose and a reason to live. He trotted over to the river and drank from the moving water. He was relieved after that run, and now he turned and sat down. Maybe another wolf from another pack would come and he could meet some nice wolves that he doesn't already know. Or maybe he will see a friend from the pack and get to talk. Although he didn't mind if he got to have a moment of silence to himself. He stood and walked, alone with his thoughts. His large form moving slowly through the valley now.
[Sorry I made you wait longer than I said, I just didn't get much chances to post it]

Having felt well enough (after everything that had happened), Esmé decided to leave camp. She couldn't stick around camp forever, whimpering like things would never get better. She was Agavos scout after all, she needed to push herself to the very last fiber. Sighing softly, the small fae moved through Agavos territory, smiling at the beauty of the snow. Her paws sunk into the powdery snow with each step, giving her small chills. She had wandered towards Agavos border and had thought about going to scout Helidos, but instead she went to the neutral territories. She could find information easy in the neutral territories, either by following trails or talking to others. It would be interesting to find out more information, and bringing it back to Desmond would help him figure more knowledge about the packs around them if anything had changed. Feeling a bit more peppy, a spring in her step she felt her heart race in crease as she picked up speed. She felt the warmth spread through her body as she began to run through the snow.
She suddenly felt free, beautiful and everything that had been bogging her down was now lifted. She felt better about herself, and the things she had seen and had been apart of they seemed to have vanished for the time being. Slowing her movements as she came near Angel's Wake. She didn't want to fall to her death, but as she slowed she saw another figure running as well. She had come to a stop, but he had continued. Curious, her ears perked she began to follow his messy trail. Moving down the side of the valley, she reached the bottom where a swiftly moving river sat. She shivered remembering her incident only a few months back and shook herself. She moved up, catching his scent and not recognizing it. She tilted her head, knowing he wasn't a rogue and moved cautiously near the river. She took a seat a few feet away from him eyeing him as she did. She wasn't going to attack, she knew with his size and weight she would be hurt. "Hello." She greeted cautiously looking at him from the corner of her eye. "Who are you?"

Zephyr jumped at the voice of the fae, he was lost in thought and didn't even notice her approach. He turned and looked at her, for a second he thought it was Paislee. They both held a similar look, "Hello Miss, I am Zephyr. Who may you be?" He smiled showing her that he was no threat. Although he wasn't sure about her, he was still kind. She held the same pack scent as the brute-like fae he met in the neutral lands not to long ago. Although he wasn't sure of her name. She was a beautiful wolf, although he mind had been occupied by Paislee lately he found his mind off of her and focused on this new female. Soon a chill came over him though and he shivered as the breeze blew through his fur. "Oh my Miss, we may want to find some shelter." He looked around and noticed that the wind started to pick up as the snow fell lightly. He stood and went to start walking then turned to her with a smile. "You may want to come. If you want to head home I understand but the weather will just get worse and I wouldn't want you to freeze in this weather." He may not know her but he felt the need to keep her safe. As he walked he looked around for shelter and soon found a slightly small Badger den. It was obviously abandoned so he turned to see if she followed. He could barely see in the snow so he called out to her if she followed. ""Miss, I found shelter. It isn't large but it will have to work for this weather." He would wait for her, it would be a bit of a tight fit but he would make sure to take to spot closest to exit so that she could be warmer. After all he was a gentleman.
