Turning back from nosing her herbs Creek listened to what the eager young female said. Intrigued at her strong desire to be taught the healing art Creek turned her body to give Ara her full attention. "Well I commend you for showing such a strong interest in the healing arts. I have a young apprentice at the moment who also share in your desire to become a healer, though an extra set of hands would be welcome. Something tells me you've dealt with some common ailments in the past, so it would be my pleasure to teach you more." Creek said, a warm smile filling her face as her pale blue eyes met Ara's.
"As for the berries, those are nightshade berries. We also call them death berries around here as they are very poisonous. With three new litters of pups about I've picked these to show the pups, so I won't have any sick young one on my hands. Even though they desire other paths a basic knowledge in what not to eat is helpful to them. I also like to keep a few hidden away as they are useful to aid in relieving the suffering of a dying wolf."Creek said her voice growing more solemn at the mention of death. It wasn't a healers place to encourage death, but in certain circumstances when suffering is too much sometimes the best action is death. "So enough of this sort of talk, tell me more about yourself Ara, what experience do you have in this field?"
