PostSubject: Prisoner of the Estate (Kat, Aziza) Prisoner of the Estate (Kat, Aziza) Icon_minitimeJanuary 8th 2014, 21:57

Various formations of rock dotted the area in haphazard clusters, surrounded by twigs, dirt and dry grass. The healer dens, a sanctuary for the injured wolves of Erenyx and a safe haven where one could retreat from pain momentarily. Tye cast a side glance at the fallen female lying on the ground beside him on the damp cave floor. He'd dragged in some pieces of bark he'd found outside and lay them around and arranged it so that she was on top of it and not getting infected and die. Death was not in agenda. That would defeat the purpose of bringing her here. He had no doubt that at least one of her pack-mates had noticed her missing. A fellow hunter or a loved one most likely. The Alpha and Alphess would know soon enough. Darkness choked the air, the moon high at its peak as a bloated disc of ethereal silver-white. The tiny rays of moonlight that shone through into the innards of the den, piercing the air in a column of white, cast a ghastly hue on the female's grey-brown body. The blood on her shoulder which was still wet, gleamed sickly red. Now that the wound was cleaner one could see the tears in her flesh spanning across the muscle in an ugly scar, pink mixed with red. Tye had taken the entire afternoon to come back to the pack-lands, his own paw having hindered him. He'd also needed to make sure he hadn't left a trail of spattered blood for the others to follow, even doubling his steps at some points to confuse the others. He'd reached the den with a pelt of black and bright red stains. His face had been riddled with blood, the upper part of his body more so. He'd placed the female down onto the ground carefully and now, was seeing if she was still alive. Her chest was still rising, though slightly faint but she was still breathing which meant she was alive. Good. Tye truly hadn't wanted to kill her. He was no monster though at the moment he supposed he looked like one. With another brief glance he walked outside and raised his head to the skies, releasing a long deep howl that was rich and twisted with sarcasm laced in venom. It is said that a wolf's howl is unique, each with a different one with its own tone and vibrato, a personality. Tye's was as dark as his fur, layered with veils of coldness and twisted sarcasm and an iron heart of steel that had perhaps experienced too much brutality so that it'd grown close to impenetrable. Yet it was also confident, self-assured. There was no mistaking who the owner was. He only knew one healer in the pack, Cliché but he hadn't seen her ever since their adventure with the bears on the mountain so he sent the call out for anyone. Surely Erenyx had more than one. As he let the howl start to fade, tapering slowly he caught sight of the skies above him.

It was bluish-black, sprinkled with blinking white stars that made his eyes seem lighter and wintry, almost innocent as if he hadn't just fatally injured another wolf or hadn't seen wolves being ruthlessly torn apart by callous fangs and claws or broken and tortured until they couldn't walk or begged for death in his life-time. Tye may not have been a monster but he was no angel either. He had only known one way of life and it was that civility be damned, let intimidation, brute force and fear reign. It was only his parents that had shown him little glimpses of what kindness could be like. And it was his father who had shown him how to exercise mercy when he could and choose the lesser of two evils. It was his mother who had given him the patience and foresight he had developed and nurtured. And it was in the harshness of the pack that he had survived and learnt how to appreciate the smaller, more quiet moments. Even the monsters had their moments of peace. In the end Tye wasn't so different.

Katyusha's slender form would have been easy enough to carry, if she hadn't injured his paw. The huntress was rather small, even for her age, having grown up in the harsh north, where food was scarce and speed was more important than sheer brute force. However, her speed had failed her this time, leaving her with a large gash on her shoulder, and still bleeding out. As the day passed, the bleeding would slow, and then pick up again. Occasionally on the trip it would appear the huntress would begin to wake, her form wiggling, or tail twitching behind her, but she remained unconscious for the entire trip. Once the warrior placed the fae on the ground, her form would shudder a little, lips moving as words slowly slipped her lips "Don't go...." she muttered softly, her mind clearly elsewhere, reliving some past event, and reacting to the loss of warmth against her, before going silent again.

As the male stepped outside, the small huntress's ears would perk to the howl, something finally snapping inside of her as her eyes opened weakly, a loud groan leaving her as she felt the sheering pain of her shoulder, but also the softer bed of bark below her. As her vision began to focus, the fae would speak softly "Where's....Creek." she panted, believing she had been found by one of her pack, and taken back to the healer's den. However, as her eyes scanned the area, she would quickly realize she wasn't back at Helidos, and that her opponent was standing just outside the den. With a quick realization Katyusha would move to jump up, yelping roughly as she felt the pain in her shoulder, stumbling roughly, but staying on her paws "W..where am I?" she snapped, the strong scent on her nose giving her a good hint of where she was, and it was her worst nightmare.

Into this strange place she had come, her paws crushing the freshly growing grass as she moved forward with a snort. She spited herself and the air but held a piece of happiness after being accepted into this pack. Her eyes and muzzle may not portray her joy, she would never hop about like an idiotic pup. She held fast to her path wondering if she should bother with greeting other wolves or just memorize the best places for herbs. She had hardly sat her romp on the ground before a howl caught her ears drawing them forward in a sort of an emergency call. Her muzzle pulled back with disgust before she forced herself back up and proceeded towards the wolf that summoned she. Fleeting through a bush she came up beside two wolves, one being heavily injured while the other showed signs of injury but possibly to stubborn to admit it. "What in the blazes....What happened." She grumbled, not if she truly cared and it was more blunt than a question. Moving towards the one who looked to be worse for wear she drew her nose closer, inspecting the clearly visible wounds. Looking from the wound to the face of the wolf she could see that the she wasn't exactly happy and well from the scent hers didn't belong in this territory. A smile pulled at her lips as she gave a sly glance to the other. "Find some trouble eh?" She didn't wait for his reply as brighter look dropped back to blankness. "I'll retrieve what is needed. Both of you sit and don't move, you'll only irritate the wound and make it harder on yourself and me." Turning away from the two wolves she headed back to the greenery, she knew she had seen a certain herb just earlier now snarky with herself that she hadn't bother to pluck it. Before she could arrive to the plant she had first in mind she saw another familiar thing, with a snicker she went to digging. Dirt busied the air landing on her or the plants around. Taking the whole plant and root in her mouth carefully, the burdock a well known herb for your wounds that prevented infection. Continuing on she looked closely at the ground as she drew nearer knowing she had saw the basil somewhere near. With ease she found and gently collected it, for now hopefully this would do for the wounds all she needed now was some catchweed and if she saw any maybe chervil. With the herbs bundled in her maw she began the trot back, her head held high and her tail flickering behind her as if it were a feather.

occ: Argh I almost finished and I erased the post by accident

As his howl tapered off, he heard her voice in the remnants of the howl. Don't go? Surely she wasn't talking about him. He looked around for the appearance of one of his own, a part of him hoping to see a familiar grey-brown muzzle poke through the greenery followed by a face with dark amber eyes that burned like fire. The larger part of him knew doubted it though. He knew Cliche was probably attending to other wolves or perhaps to Steele and Esmeralda. The Alphess' disappearance had caused ripples among the pack. Now whispers of a new Queen trickled through the air. Tye had his suspicions. Perhaps the Alphess had been murdered, betrayed by her very own blood and flesh or she'd succumbed to death from a battle wound with Steele. He knew barely anything about the Alpha except that he ruled through fear and intimidation. It was a lesson he knew well. A rustling noise echoed through the air followed by the utterance of a name. Least, he knew it was a name. He glanced back over his shoulder at her, eyes flicking over her form with clinical detachment.   "Creek?" Tye echoed. Amused, he continued, "Well there's a creek nearby if you feel like drinking." He didn't say anything for a moment, silently observing her then replied, "Well you'd say you were in hell but we call it heaven. Welcome to Erenyx little rabbit." His ears swiveled, his head following as he heard paws tread upon dirt. A female that he hadn't met yet appeared. He surveyed her, seeing if she was truly a friend or an enemy. He had sent the call and by right, only Erenyx wolves should answer but there was always the off chance an enemy had been prowling in their lands. It appeared she wasn't though as she immediately set about gathering ingredients to properly heal the female.

"We had a fight. I won,"He said, bending down to start to unravel his makeshift bandage. Dried blood soaked the grass, risking infection. He was sure the blood had stopped. All that was left was for him to wait. He watched the healer dig, earth flying through the air in messy arcs. An interesting character. He looked back at the female as she mentioned trouble. That would be one way to describe it. He really hoped she was worth the trouble or he'd have brought back nothing but fresh meat for Steele and the others. And more or less, he'd either have to kill her himself if Steele so ordered it or he'd be the one to have his insides ripped open. He saw potential in her though, a strong heart of a warrior that was more Erenyx than Helidos and that had been one of the ultimate factors in his decision. He looked back at the healer, "We'll see. She's Helidos, not Erenyx and she is our captive for now."

Katyusha gave a low growl, trying to pull away from the healer with a harsh snarl, limping roughly as she pulled away from the Erenyx members, her wound starting to bleed a little more now that she was up and around, breaking open any scabbing that had begun. Although the loss of blood was noticably taking it's toll, the huntress swaying a little as she stood, struggling just to stay up right. As the male spoke again, Katyusha would growl roughly, "I'm no rabbit! and why would you bring me here, just to make a show of my death." she snarled roughly, half leaning against the wall of the den just to stay up right "I won't...give you that....pleasure." she panted, doing all she could just to stay conscious, hoping she would bleed out before they had the chance to torture and kill her.

As the male spoke again Katyusha would growl roughly at him, not really wanting to admit he had won, and that she'd probably be dead on the beach by now if not for him. As the warrior went on to mention she was a prisoner now, the fae's eyes would go wide "Like hell I am...you can't keep me here." she growled, pushing off the wall and stumbling a few steps away from it, eyes narrowed as if ready to fight him again, even if she was barely able to stand, the fae still convinced they planned to torture and execute her for the pack's amusement, the fae just wanting a quick and honorable death, rather than a slow drawn out one she expected to receive from these monsters.

With a snicker she looked from tye to the helidos wolf. "I see well then, wouldn't want our pet to die now would we?" Her eyes were narrowed on the fae as she stood and attempted to move. With a snarl aziza used a paw and prodded the females side to unbalance the she. "Don't be a fool, even if you weren't injured you would be torn to pieces if you were caught on this land without this wolf here who holds the reason for why you are here. Use your brain hun and stay alive." Leaning down she nipped at the moss that hung just above her paws to keep it from gathering filth. Straightening up with a fair amount clutched in her maw she made quick work in wiping away the freshly fallen blood. Compared to other healers aziza could be called uncaring maybe careless for the wounded, it may come off as bad healingship to this wolf but she was quick and found herself efficient when she worked. She chewed carefully on the burdock leaves careful not to swallow before spitting out the lump onto a leave. She hardly cringed at the taste that was left in her mouth as she went to now gently applying the paste. She glanced down at the chervil that she had collected just in do case if either of their wounds had gotten infected. For now they seemed clear of any, just natural swelling and of course since she hadn't listen to the healers' words she moved causing more useless pain. 'Stubborn..' With a sigh and a wasteful shake of the head she went back to use some of the catchweed's seed to cover the poultices as any healer would to protect it. Picking up the basil she now began to make her way to tye only throwing her words back to kat nonchalantly. "And miss, if you try to move again and disobey my warning. I will break every bone in your body. My treatment is not to be taken lightly rat." She gave a forced smile before turning to tye, lowering her self to inspect his paw. "Some burdock and this lovely basil will have you back on the prowl soon." And with that once more she got to work, she hardly gave care to the strain she felt in her shoulders and neck at the awkward position she set for herself as she hunched over her patients. Between placing ointments and wrapping them up she started a ploy conversation with the male. "So...other than me...where are the other healers? I haven't come across any and it seems i'm the only one who paid mind to your calling."

Tye snorted, shaking his head. This female was almost as stubborn as some of the ones he'd seen in his former pack. Even though she was dying she was refusing to stand down. She even thought he had brought her here to taunt and mock her while she bled to death. Others may have but Tye didn't see the point in that. If he were to kill her he would've done it instead of drawing out her death. She deserved that much. If she were less delirious he would have told her to lie down to conserve her energy in the off chance, however impossible it may seem, that one of her fellow pack members had managed to uncover some spatters of blood that he'd missed and tracked her down all the way here. He gazed at her indifferently as she spoke of keeping her here, "You're welcome to try finding your way through the lands while you die from blood loss."  He continued with a slow, humourless smile, "I'll be sure to give your body a proper burial." Tye honestly didn't think she'd make it past the borders of the healer dens before passing out. She probably wouldn't die because though she had lost a lot of blood, it hadn't been enough to drain her completely and the healer had stemmed the flow. He wouldn't stop her as he wanted to see how far she could go in her condition. It was a ruthless notion but it was necessary at times because reality wasn't kind and sometimes life would test a wolf's endurance both in spirit and body. It was a sink or swim situation and Tye preferred to swim. He'd expect his fellow pack-mates to be able to do the same.

His attention shifting to the healer, he watched her bustle about. She was compact, more bulky than the other females he'd seen but there was a certain sense of power and single-minded purposeness in the way she moved. No movement was left wasted. Every motion had a reason and she had no room or patience for rebelliousness while she was trying to do her job as she proved when she warned the Helidos hunter about doing just that. Quick and efficient, he noted to himself. He said, lowering voice as she began to work on his paw, "Don't scare her too much yet. I think she might die if you do." He noticed the awkward position she was in and started to say something then re-considered not wanting to distract her from her work. "Off tending to the reckless and daredevils I suppose," Tye mused in response to her words. "There's only one other healer that I know of."

Katyusha couldn't help but let out a low growl as they spoke of her death, feeling the healers sharp paw and stumbling to the side until her form pressed against the wall, paws giving way under her causing the huntress to slide down to a laying position propped against the wall, several soft pants leaving her muzzle as she looked up at Tye, eyes still narrowed at him "As if I would succumb so easily." she snarled, turning back to the healer "And I am nobodies pet, nor am I a rat...I am a proud wolf, and even if I'm a prisoner, I demand at least that bit of respect." she panted, dipping her head as the nausea started to set in again, her form swaying lightly as she tried to stay up right.

After several long moments of recovery, the fae would open her eyes again, turning her attention to Tye "So if you don't intend to kill me...or torture me...why am I here?" she asked, actually seeming pretty confused as to why they had brought her here, he could have killed her there, or left her to die or be found by her own pack, but he went through the effort of bringing her here on a wounded paw, and there must have been a reason.

As the healer continued to work on Tye, Katyusha would lower her head again, glancing to her shoulder for the first time to notice the torn flesh, the bottom of the wound by far the deepest, where his fang had made it's mark, sinking deep. While the top of the wound was much shallower, not quite a graze but his other teeth hadn't done nearly the damage of that fang, but they had widened the wound, allowing more blood to seep free of her body. The loss of blood was starting to become very noticeable to her, her whole form feeling as if someone had tied weights all over her body, pulling her down as she tried to move. But she was also starting to feel the less noticeable injuries of the battle, feeling the bruises on her ribs and back from the rough wrestling match across the rock beach, causing the little fae to ache in her weakened state.

PostSubject: Re: Prisoner of the Estate (Kat, Aziza) Prisoner of the Estate (Kat, Aziza) Icon_minitimeJanuary 14th 2014, 19:18

Wandering around the borders, he had finally finished his patrol for the morning. There had been no accounts of visiting wolves which wished to be accepted into the pack. But as he was finally heading towards home, a scent crossed his nose abruptly. The scent was familiar and vile. A snarl rippled from his throat as he raised his tail over his spine. Strutting angrily, he made his way towards the point of entry. Sniffing at the ground, he caught the scent and knew exactly what it was. His snarl thickened and his gaze narrowed as he followed it into his lands. Helidos. Anger flowed through his body, forcing the great Alpha to lift his front paws from the ground, howling to the sky as his chin reached to the highest point he possibly could. As his forelegs hit the ground, he sped off, following the scent as he neared the pack living space. Dashing fast, the snow kicked up behind his massive paws, catching along the loose hairs along his legs and stomach. The birds that rested in their nests, now found themselves flying for their lives, afraid the hunter would come for them. He proceeded to rush through the trees and bushes, jumping over fallen trees and large boulders.

Passing by his den, he sniffed around, making sure the scent did not go there. It was clear. Tracking the scent down to a single path, the Alpha could feel himself growing with anger as it was within his pack's camp. Silver eyes looked around the pack, looking for any signs of the Helidos scum. The scent pulled him towards the Healer's den. It was here that the Alpha stopped outside the entrance. What was he going to find here? Pacing slowly outside the entrance, he thought of the whole thing in his mind. What was he to do if he found treachery. He was unsure what pack member from the rival wolves would be there, he could not tell gender as many filled the den before him. Making up his mind, he entered with his dominance visibly seen within his form. His stance held the dominance and power that he held just as Beta in the old back, but magnified as he now stood as an Alpha. His silver hues glared over the three wolves. A male and female smelled of his lands, but the other female smelled of Helidos. For this reason, he began to snarl. His eyes moved between the Warrior and Healer. "What is this hideous thing doing within my pack? Within my lands? Which one of you brought this fae here?" he snarled with an aggressive tone. He did not know who allowed this fae in his terrain, or why, but he was sure as hell going to find out and would make an example of the one who did such treason towards his pack.

Only flicking an ear to give any information that she were listening to katyusha and tye converse she began to grow sick of the fae's attitude. Rising back she glared at the female who spoke of respect. "YOU! You wish for my respect? How can i respect you when you will not even listen to the words of healer. Do you think me too idiotic in my work? That i can't heal you as well as any other? You insolent fool...As i've stated use your brain and sit your tail down. I may be an Erenyx wolf, but..." She shook her head feeling her body tremble slightly with anger. "Fine go ahead, wasting my herbs.." She grumbled as she watched kat settled down to notice her own wounds. "Feeling pain eh? Well...if you'd just listen to me and give me time to receive more herbs it would be nothing but a memory that fight...maybe a scar maybe not." She clicked her tongue before looking back to tye. "I've finished yo-" An unannounced wolf popped up causing aziza to widen her eyes slightly. A handsome devil who held himself up but his eyes shown great anger. And the way he spoke of the injured fae made aziza wonder just what all had happened. But as any other she wondered who this dark furred wolf to be, she couldn't help the coy look that caused a pull of the lips in a curling crooked smile. her eyes blinking as she dipped her head to him. "My my....it seems you've brought yourself some trouble dear warrior."(Speaking to tye) She kept herself low, she would humor the wolves who held themselves high, what more could any expect from a healer? But for one to say she were weak for such a thing would only find themselves in turmoil. Raising her muzzle slightly only to look towards tye, her eyes questioning...she would not answer, for she didn't even know why the male had brought her truly. He stated she to be a prisoner and the only reason she complied with helping was what good was a war over a dead female? How pointless it seemed sometimes.

PostSubject: Re: Prisoner of the Estate (Kat, Aziza) Prisoner of the Estate (Kat, Aziza) Icon_minitimeJanuary 14th 2014, 23:06

(Gonna post out of order for this one time because I have something I want to do and I fear Tye's post would ruin that, hope no one minds)

Katyusha would give a low sigh as she laid down, ears back slightly as the healer spoke, her voice low in mild annoyance as the healer rambled on "I do not doubt your ability healer, and I apologize for not listening...but you must understand, I didn't expect you to be sincere, and I believed that if I were to be tortured, and killed by this pack...I would rather it be today and swiftly." she admitted, seeming to exhausted to keep up the fight, and starting to believe their words, even if she were still skeptical of their good intentions to her.

As the healer continued to work on Tye, Katyusha would lower her head again, feeling the weight of the blood lose before a sudden voice boomed, the fae's eyes shooting open as she was met with the sight of a massive wolf, ebony fur bristling with cold eyes. As he spoke, the hunters eyes would go wide, but she didn't show fear, even though there was a decent chance he intended to kill her, something else was captivating the she-wolf. Without a word the fae pulled herself to her paws, tail hanging below her with her ears pinned back, head in a low bow, she had heard of the Erenyx alpha, and this had to be him.

"Please do not blame your warrior for bringing me here, it was at my request." she spoke softly, taking a slow step towards him with her head low still, eyes moving up to his gaze "When I first arrived in this land, I fear I picked the wrong pack...I heard of a young pack with a powerful leader, and had to see it for myself..Your warrior only did his job..and well as I'm sure you can tell sir." the fae spoke softly, her voice showing her respect for him.

As the huntress kept her head low, her injured leg would start to shudder a little, although she pretended not to notice it as she started to speak again "If I may speak with you alpha, I would like to join your pack." she spoke softly, hoping the warrior wouldn't get in trouble, and hoping to join the pack, if it meant she would be serving him.

As Tye started to answer the sound of a howl pierced the air. He cocked his ear, having not heard that one before. It sounded angry and Tye had an inkling of why. Bloody hero, he chuckled to himself. He heard paws crushing grass tore through the air. He turned around to see a black wolf enter the grounds, nose pressed against the dirt. Most probably he'd smelt the Helidos female or caught some trickles of blood. As the wolf made his way towards them, Tye noted that he was bigger than him though his pelt was the same pitch black. The warrior moved, partially blocking the Helidos female from him so that if he attacked Tye could take the blow or divert it. Then he neared them, rising to his full height and it was clear who he was. Tye lowered his head, eyes and tail dropping in acknowledgement but he did not move. For all of Steele's show of power and dominance, Tye's own confidence in himself bestowed him with an iron heart that laughed in the face of fear. Well, on the inside. On the outside, it looked like he was mimicking a statue. He had curbed fear long ago. Fights to the death, challenges of intimidation and at times, malicious harmful pranks had left him with a casual indifference which helped him immensely. He had faced wolves that were three or four years older than him that had left him with a torn ear and left him bleeding from gaping wounds until he was on his last breath. As he straightened, rising to meet the Alpha with cold blue eyes, he seemed to embody a certain kind of strength and power in the way he carried himself. It was self-assured, confident and cool. If the Alpha was fire he was ice and just as dangerous. The only thing he needed was the right kind of spark. Still, he had done wrong by bringing her here in the first place when he should have left her to die so he could understand the Alpha's reaction. He would accept any punishment that came his way. To the healer his only acknowledgement was a tiny microsecond flicker of a slight, ever so slight amused smile.

Then he faced the Alpha with an emotionless facade and said, "It was me who carried her here my Lord. You see, after a dispute at one of the neutral grounds we ended up fighting and it ended with me giving her a life-threatening wound. I was going to let her die but I saw something in her so I didn't and carried her back here. She fought with a kind of cunning and ruthlessness that was more Erenyx than Helidos. She is young and inexperienced but she has great potential to be a valuable asset to the pack." At this, he paused about to tell him what he would promise if she proved to be unworthy. He would take responsibility himself and kill her and he would face whatever torture or death that was placed upon him. Then the female moved forwards, going to the Alpha herself. Tye moved like a shadow, silent and swift, in three long steps to close the distance between them so that he was standing next to the female. He wasn't certain of what Steele would do but he was sure that he would not hesitate to attack her, then him or him first and he'd prefer it to be him. He had a feeling Steele would kill her without thinking or injure her. Then she spoke and what she said made the warrior glance at her, a flicker of surprise ghosting across his eyes at her words in his favour as well as her admission of wanting to defect and her reason. Things weren't so great in paradise it seemed and he was slightly thrown off guard by her sudden change in behaviour. Perhaps he had been wrong about his assertions about her or perhaps, she was just naive. He returned his attention back to Steele, preparing for the repercussions for his actions. And, more than likely, a fight to the death if it may be.

Snarls and growls escaped from his lips, flying between his clenched teeth. His silver stare looked to the Warrior first, knowing full well it was more than likely he who brought this treachery here. Saliva dripped from his maw, touching the floor as it clung intensely to it. He was furious with his pack members, both the Healer for trying to fix the beast and the other for bringing it here. Steele glared as he watched the female speak to him. "I did not ask you to speak fae. Silence yourself or choose to be no longer breathing," he snapped at her, with a clap of his jaws. He looked to the Wariror, who positioned himself between his Alpha and the Helidos scum. His eyes rolled over the Warrior as if he were a carcass before him. At this point, whoever Tye was, he was nothing to Steele. "You, outside now!" he barked angrily. He moved from the Healer's den, standing at his full height. He waited for the male to join him, and spoke with anger and conviction in his voice. He held the snarls with each word. "Who do you think you are? You have no say as to who is acceptable within this pack. You have no right to bring Helidos here unless you plan to kill them then and there. And I will not allow a lowly member like yourself to start a war we are not ready for. Do you understand that Helidos outnumbers us too much. We are only so strong and able to last for a short while, while they have ranks to attack and attack. From this moment on, you shall be an Omega. I will hear nothing from you on this, or you shall be exiled from my lands. If I see you near another Helidos wolf, I will kill you where you stand. If you even think of bringing another wolf here, I will kill you. You are lucky I do not make an example of you now. And what in your puny mind made bringing her into our lands was even a good idea?" He snarled to the wolf, baring his fangs as he took a step and then turned back to him, "don't cross me Omega, or it will be hell to pay."

Turning from the Warrior, now Omega, he made his way to the Healer's den. His eyes rolled over the two of them. First he looked to the Healer, one he had not personally met but would be sure to make sure she never forgot who he was. "Healer, if I ever see you giving aid to another member which does not belong to this pack, then I will strip you of your life. I will come at you so quickly you will not know what hit you. I will not take this insubordination again," he snarled as he stared at her with his silver gaze. Turning his head to the wolf in his lands, he forced his body to becoming increasingly more aggressive. His eyes glared over her, raking over her coat as he snarled angrily, growling with conviction and dominance. "You have entered my lands inappropriately. If you really wished to become a member of this pack, you would come to the borders and ask my myself. Not a worthless member within my ranks who does not understand how a pack is supposed to operate. Why should I trust you to be a vital member in my ranks? What do you have to offer me?"

Prisoner of the Estate (Kat, Aziza) Empty
PostSubject: Re: Prisoner of the Estate (Kat, Aziza) Prisoner of the Estate (Kat, Aziza) Icon_minitimeJanuary 15th 2014, 19:56

Returning her gaze to the black furred male she was now intrigued to find out this was the alpha, Steele. She could see how he was so feared, and maybe why this pack was known for bloodshed. When he had gone with tye she didn't bother to look at katyusha, what was to befall the wolf was no longer in her paws, well she was annoyed with the wolf from the beginning. The only reason she treated the wounds was because a member of the pack asked. Even then she had hesitated, once running all the thoughts through her mind she noticed steeles paws come back into view. As his voice rumbled it offically being directed to aziza, she gave a dip of her head. "As you wish my alpha." Her voice devoid of anything as she hardly even paid attention to the words that were spoken to the helidos wolf. Well it wasn't her duty to babysit so she moved to the side of the den. With her black berry nose she began to sort through the few types of herbs already collected. Ears going slack as she pushed out the noises around her to concentrate on her work, the only good of this was the fact she now had the keys to healing infected wounds and to help paws along with a few other random herbs.

(Sorry for a short post >.<)

Tye followed him outside, head bowed low to the ground and skulking. His expression was still completely blank. He faced the other male, keeping his position deferential as the Alpha's words rained down on him like angry hail. He agreed with most of his sentiments and in hindsight, wondered why he'd done what he did. Rationality should have told him that leaving the fae behind should have been the wisest decision. He had no reason to save her except for the fact that he had let one moment of weakness strike him. The only certainty he had of her being a better Erenyx wolf than a Helidos wolf was her battle skills and her biting wit, her ability to death in the eye and respond by biting back triple as hard with unrelenting wrath. His decision had been ultimately chosen based on the fact that she would die and they would find her bleeding to death and she would tell them what he had done which could result in war. It was the neutral lands and even though he had guessed of her rank he actually didn't know so he wasn't sure how much her death would affect her pack mates. He wasn't sure what the Helidos Alpha would do either so he had made a split second decision. Instead of killing her then and there he had taken her in and afterwards, fought back and forth on killing her or not even after the healer was working on her recovery. But he was a mere warrior and what kind of authority did a mindless brute like him have? He mused to himself. The answer was a resounding nothing. Yet he was certain the Helidos fea was worth the trouble or he would've killed her outright and Tye would not have brought her all the way back on a wounded paw if he wasn't completely certain she could make a good warrior or hunter. He didn't react as he was re-named Omega, his expression as blank as ever. He dipped his maw to Steele, murmuring, "My apologies. I can only say that I was convinced of her skill and aptitude. We need more numbers to combat Helidos and I thought she could help. I was mistaken it seems." As he finished with a final warning Tye kept silent, eyes gazing on the ground. Strangely, even as he was doing this his claws had sub-consciously slid out to graze the dirt. He may have been demoted but his real heart was one of a warrior's and he would fight to the bitter end.

Katyusha would watch the two leave, ears perking a little as she awaited whatever her fate would be, although honestly the more she thought about it, the more she really didn't care anymore. It was like she had been treading water in the middle of the ocean, no matter which direction you swim, it makes no difference, until you finally let your head slip below the waves.

As the former huntress caught her mind wondering, and pulled herself back to reality, she would hear of the warriors demotion, unable to suppress a soft giggle to herself, that would teach him...to save her life... At that realization the fae let out a soft sigh to herself, she didn't like him, and was still rather angry about the whole incident, but he had gone out of his way to save her, even though he knew there would probably be consequences, sometime she would have to thank him for that....eventually.

Finally the alpha would return to the den, after what felt like a lifetime of waiting, the small fae dipping her head softly to him eyes raised to look at him as she spoke "I understand alpha, and I apologize, however after our...misunderstanding at the lake, I fear I would have bled out attempting to meet you at the border, and I can only assume I am of little use to you dead on your border." she said softly "But that is no excuse, and I apologize." she spoke softly, moving to answer his next questions "Because I do not pledge my loyalty lightly sir, I will do whatever the pack requires of me, and whatever you request, or willingly die trying." she spoke, voice confident in her words before she moved to address his next question "As for what I can offer you, I am a skilled hunter, trained to lead hunting parties by my birth pack. And while I am not as strong as most, I am a very cunning warrior, who can hold my own in combat, and desire training if available to hone my strengths. And lastly I am a young female, and while I'm certain that doesn't seem important, I am still able to have pups that will grow to serve the pack, assuming I find a male strong enough to deserve me." she smirked, her voice almost as if she were suggesting something with that last sentence, although it could be easily overlooked if one weren't paying close attention.

"On the contrary young wolf. Any corpse is good to my pack, especially that which swears its life to Azul, the ridiculous fool. Your corpse could feed my young one good meal, packed with enough food to keep them living longer, for that is what I wish for them." But even as he answered her, she continued to rattle out reasons as to why she could be of use to him, to the pack. But most of her words were targeted towards him. When she had finally stopped speaking, he took a moment to think of all the responses to her claims. "Look here, fae of Helidos. My pack may be smaller in number than yours, but the wolves within are strong and brave. They do not give up in battle, they do not stop until the other is no longer breathing. The once Warrior made a drastic mistake bringing you here alive. Had it been me, I would have finished you off myself, but since the Healer here is already fixing you up, I will not waste her work. It is obvious to me that you cannot hold your own in a fight. Tye is not even my best Warrior and he easily bested you. I will admit, he is a strong Omega and in time, he will earn an even greater reward, once he had proven his use to me, to my kin. I give you one year's time. In this time, you will heal, and train. Lead Warrior Chiara would be your best bet. She is strong and wise in the ways of Erenyx. I would also suggest the Beta female, but she is rather aggressive, as I trained her myself, took her under my own paws and showed her what true power and aggression are. In a year's time, you will become better than what Helidos can do for you." His eyes rolled over her body, taking note of just how young she was. Steele's mind started turning many thoughts around in his devious brain. An evil smirk came to his features. "In the winter, if you do not find a mate, you will come to me and I will give you the seed you wish. That is, if you have become strong enough to handle my advances on you. I am not saying you will be my mate, but if you wish for young from your Alpha, I shall honor your request. For now, I shall take my leave.." Looking to Aziza, he spoke softly, anger gone from his voice, "heal her, give her anything she needs from the kill pile. As soon as she is ready to run on all four paws, let Chiara know of this. As you were.." he said turning from the den and leaving for the borders.

Following Steele, Tye's head rose slightly upon hearing the remnants of a giggle. His eyes snapped to the Helidos female, seeing her expression and his dislike of her deepened. She seemed to think he was happy with the outcome or he didn't care. Neither was correct. He was just better at hiding his feelings than most. He was starting to regret his decision and thought that he should have just let her bleed out and die. It would've been fun for her pack-mates to find her body on the lake, lifeless and mangled. He slowed to a stop near the healer, leaving her with whatever Steele had in mind for her. She seemed starstruck which Tye didn't care about. He was waiting to see if she would spout the same useless babble, no doubt sincere or maybe riddled with half-truths but still a pledge nevertheless. And to his not surprise, he was right. Never had Tye's blue eyes seemed so cold, so unfeeling even as she offered her ace. He didn't know if she had heard of Esmeralda's disappearance and that was part of the reason why she was suddenly offering herself to Steele, to step into place but he didn't care. If she chose to dance with demons he didn't have to stop her. He had done more for her than she deserved. If she came out scathed and broken he would not come to her aid, not on his own will. He would keep his temper in check, for underneath his facade he wanted to spill blood, preferably hers but he knew better than that and he respected the healer enough not to undo all her good work.

His black form shifted as he sat, some of the dried blood spatters on his pelt flaking off to crumble on the floor of the den. He kept his gaze fixed to the wall, listening to Steele's response silently processing the information. It was true. Every wolf he had met so far had been strong in his or her own way and brave even if he or she hadn't initially shown it. Cliche, Chiara, even the other two wolves he had met, Silacea and Cassiopeia. The Alpha was a given for he had not expected anything less from the leader of such a fierce pack. Tye snorted, breaking out of his reverie for a brief moment "A mistake I won't ever make again." As he mentioned Tye's name, the former warrior nodded in acknowledgement, surprised that the Alpha held that opinion of him but welcomed it as it helped to calm his anger. Time would see if he could manage to live up to that whatever it would entail. For now, he would wait. His only thought when Steele agreed to her request was that he would be far away, maybe in Shallow Bend where the rushing of the waters could drown out the noise. And with that, the other black wolf turned and left. Tye stood up, shaking his pelt free of the blood that remained so specks of it were flying everywhere in crimson arcs. He turned to the Helidos female, his shadow stretching across the wall in a misshapen, deformed way and said sarcastically, "Congratulations Alphess. Your prizes await." He did not care for her name or to know anything more of her, not now. And the more he looked at her, the more he would see nothing but a fool who would be torn to shreds. He walked away, past Aziza his tail trailing the floor moonlight dappling his blood-stained coat. As he passed her, a thought entered his mind. He looked at her his face half-shadowed, his eyes seeming to grow a little less cold and his voice less harsh,"Thank you for coming. By chance, have you seen another healer around? One with dark amber eyes like fire?"[/color]

Katyusha cringed a little as he spoke, nodding softly to him as she knew it was true, although certainly not the answer she was hoping for "Yes alpha, of course." she replied, keeping her head low, but her eyes on him as he spoke, nodding quickly at his orders "Of course alpha, that is why I chose this pack sir." she said, starting to feel she were speaking too much, so trying to keep her words short for now, memorizing those names so she could search them out post-haste, once she could stand without falling on her face. As he went on to talking about giving her his seed, the fae's look would change slighting, as if this were the first good news she had gotten all day, nodding softly "I would be honored alpha." she said softly, not lifting her head again until he turned to leave, actually feeling as if this had gone fairly well, she would train, and be a productive member of this pack, and then some.

Once he was gone a thought entered her head, what was her title, she really had no idea what she was supposed to be in the pack other than training, so she decided in her down time she would hunt for them, it would be good physical conditioning at least while her teachers were busy. The small fae's attention would be pulled away by the harsh snarl from Tye, her head lifting as a soft sigh left her muzzle "Look, I'm sorry about what happened, and no matter how much you hate me, I'm here now...And we need to accept that, because I would die to defend your back, but I need to know someday, you'd do the same for me." she said honestly, not expecting him to forgive her, but she held no hostility towards him.

Finally the fae would turn to the healer, "And thank you, I owe greatly, and apologize for my stubbornness, I simply feared for my life, and I hope I didn't inconvenience you too much." she said honestly, standing to find a place to sleep for the night, knowing she couldn't work on a den until she was fully healed.

Checking over the herbs she was sure she had enough to tend to four or more wolves, of course she planned on collecting more for the good of the pack but for a new wolf to the pack she felt a bit of accomplishment. Ears flicking back remembering she wasn't alone in the den for the alpha was speaking with the once wolf of helidos. She turned to hear the last part of their conversation before steele turned his eyes on the healer. 'The lucky devilous fae.' She dipped her head understanding his wishes, only soon after  making his leave, leaving aziza to stare after him, a smirk curled her lips. "My my, the wolves around here are quite feisty....i like" She didn't so much mind the talking down to, maybe because it felt like a challenge to her personalty but to see so many wolves get riled up. It fueled her laughter in her mind, it was very entertaining in her eyes. She shook her muzzle acquiring her attention to katyusha. "Hmm? Its fine, you had all rights to defy against us. My temper just goes about as it wish. And besides i think you'll fit right in with us." Her voice on the edge of cockiness but rolled her eyes a bit about nothing before looking to tye. "Dark ember eyes? I do not believe i have." She blinked her own icy blue gaze in thought, she wondered what was with the lacking of healers, but soon she would make up with that with her own work.

Tye snapped towards the female, his eyes narrowed. The tips of his fur had stiffened slightly. He took a step towards her, his form suddenly seeming to fill the cave. “You just betrayed your own pack hunter. I won’t believe anything you say until you show your loyalty. Until then well, Steele gave you one year,” Tye growled. “I give you half until you break. You have a 50-50 chance let’s see if you land on the right side.” On these parting words, he turned, padding out of the den into the night. He would head for the bend where he could clean himself properly. Blood would lead to infection which would lead to more healing which was something he didn’t want. And despite the healer’s best efforts, his paw was still stinging. It was to be expected. But he would seek a place out for himself to rest until the morning sun came again, to recover fully. When he had slept he would ask her name but for now, she was nothing just another Erenyx wolf. He wasn’t sure if he’d defend her life at the expense of his but he grudgingly accepted that if she was willing to sacrifice her life for his, if there was no other alternative he’d have to do the same as she was now his pack-mate. They were brother and sister now, he snorted to himself at the irony. Though he probably wouldn’t help if anyone tried to hurt her. It was a way of life, something all the wolves here had to grow accustomed to in order to grow tough, unyielding. He would do her no favours by sheltering her from reality. At Aziza's words Tye nodded, showing no disappointment outwardly. With these thoughts Tye disappeared fully into the night and it wasn’t until he was clear from view, far away from the den, that he allowed himself to limp because of his injured paw.

Occ: I’m out you guys can decide if you want to continue with the two of you or end it there’s no reason for Tye to stay around now

Katyusha would glare at him as he turned to leave, getting a little sick of his talking down to her, but she wouldn't address it now, she did owe him her life for the time, and once that debt were repayed to the pack, or him, but either way she had no intention of living with that debt. With a low grumble to herself the fae would limp from the healers den, turning back to her "Thank again..." she spoke softly, lifting her head to look around for somewhere to stay, finding a large rock that was sort of propped up around some others, with a decent hole below it.

The huntress would give a soft sigh, walking over to it to sniff around, making sure the mostly exposed place wasn't claimed, before curling up under it, closing her eyes and laying her head in her paws, wondering what the next day would hold for her, but certain it wouldn't be good.

(I'm good here if you guys are)
