Silvia heard the familiar ring of Quinn’s voice, and her ears perked up. She had already visited a few familiar faces, why not a few more. Quickening her pace she ran forward her white paws a blur against the green grass. The wind blew through her fur, the summery breeze bringing many scents inside of Helidos territory. The grass that she sped along tickled her sides and underbelly as she kicked up dirt. The feelings she had felt over the last few weeks had made her depression completely disappear. The darkness that had fallen over her for many months had been caused by leaving, and in her mind when she came back she put her foot down. She would not let her emotions crawl to such a dark place again, she would stay. Climbing up a rocky path towards camp, she came to a stop seeing the camp in all it’s glory. She saw the way it loomed up ahead the summer light pouring down upon it. A large breath filled Silvia’s lungs as she quickly lurched forward and through camp her excitement building to a crescendo. She had had come into camp just in time to hear Quinn’s soft voice explaining a new rank, and she heard murmurs through the crowd of wolves. Silvia stepped through a few wolves crowding around talking to each other, and looked up at Quinn. Her blue eyes were clear as she thought about the new rank, and her tail wagged. This could be a good thing for me. Silvia thought as she stepped forward, the first to do so. She called up to Quinn her ear flicking. “Alphess Quinn, I think I would be a good asset to the scout rank. I am quick, and I know the territories. I have traveled through them to return to Helidos. Before my departure, I was a hunter and a good one at that. I think that becoming a scout would be a good chance for me to learn more about the new pack, and Erenyx. With my precise hearing and with how quick I am on my feet, I would be able to run if ever needed.” She took in a breath before letting go, still on her feet. She would see what the alphess said, if she thought someone else was worthy Silvia would not be upset. She loved hunting, but becoming a scout would be quite exciting. She wondered what Azul would think of her choice, she hoped he wouldn’t be upset. I wonder what he thinks of this rank. I wonder if Quinn spoke to him about it. Shaking herself mentally she looked back up to Quinn and waited to see what she would say.

Mid day creeped upon the pack territories like a silent attacker, fresh summer breezes dazzled throughout the lands ruffling the trees leaves as they wriggled and danced upon there branch confinement. Alexander; the sultry orphaned warrior who had coincidentally gained acceptance into Helidos quiet quickly had been wandering about the terrains trying to familiarize himself with each designated area within the lands when he had heard the alphas call. Excitement coursed throughout the young brutes veins as he raced towards the sound of the call jumping over fallen trees, broken logs, and dodging thick brush before he finally reached his destination. With a huff and a puff the emerald eyes gazed upon the alpha his tail wagging excitedly behind him as he stepped forwards,"Alpha Sitka, sir. I believe I could assist you in your search for a new scout, you see my long legs and size allow me to be quick and agile on my feet. I can easily squeeze through small hiding places to prevent myself from being seen by others, I can even camouflage my scent to make it appear as if I were just a mere part of the scenery or an old animals corpse. I know how to fight if it ever were necessary during an outing, and I can withhold knowledge quiet efficiently. Oh! I also know the territories quiet well seeing that I have traveled them during my search to find a new home." the brute stopped taking in a large breath. Emerald eyes twinkled in excitement and anticipation, stepping from paw the paw the orphan awaited for his alphas response.
