| After being helped by Crow, Cael decided, with or without a sore ankle, he would be exploring his new home. So the brute left the Healers den when he was well enough too, and started heading for new places to discover. Hopefully places not to harsh on his ankle, because no matter how strong the wolf, it still was sore and not delightful to put a lot of weight on. After being in the Pack Clearing in the Healers Den for so long, Cael assumed the scent of his new pack was strong on his fur, so he didn't need to worry about getting mistaken for a loner. Although he hoped dearly that he didn't run into Breeze, knowing that she accepted him not to long ago and that he already was injured and put out of hard work, he knew she may be disappointed. Even if he barely knew her. His green orbs searching the lands as he limped through them in search of a relaxing place to lay down and enjoy the sun with some water. And finally something caught his attention. The sound of moving water. The tree's split up ahead, telling him he would be coming upon the place he hoped for soon. And within no time, Cael was relaxing next to a stream, giving his injured ankle a break and enjoying to sun on his silver back. He would save a swimming activity for later, figuring it wouldn't be so fun with his ankle all jacked up. Although something did catch his eye and make him want to push through the pain. A nice juicy rabbit sat at the bottom of one of the many small hills in this area. Nibbling on what looked like some grass.
Cael slowly stood, feeling the pressure on his front left ankle as he stalked the rabbit. He was closer to the water, to the back of the rabbit and with the wind blowing in his face. The scent of the rabbit coming straight to him and giving him the best advantage even with his ankle messed up. Cael was silent, not letting even a small sound escape him as he got closer then strikes at the perfect moment. Just as the rabbit perked up its ears and went to turn its head. It's clueless eyes falling on Cael just as his teeth wrapped around it's neck then it was dead. His powerful jaws holding the rabbit as he turned and limped back to his spot. He dropped it onto the ground and licked the blood from his white maw and started his little feast. It was delicious, and even better since he caught it himself. But he knew once he was in better shape, he would have to repay the pack for him taking their food with injury and little time being in the pack. He did feel bad. And he couldn't wait to be able to help the pack out. However it needed to be helped, he would do it. His loyalty was with them, and quite frankly, without them, he would be walking on a sprain ankle without any healers help at all. He now owed his life to them, or at least his loyalty. In time it may come to a point where he must risk his life for them, but at the moment, he wasn't sure if he would do it. They all were still strangers to him, and nothing could change that except time. Cael sighed as he finished what he could with the rabbit and set it aside to take back to the clearing or share with another. But until then, he would take his chance to enjoy the sun and enjoy the relaxation. With no wolves in sight and no distractions. |

| ~Hunter Arrelys~ Action Think Words | Arrelys' Bio| ~Arrelys trotted along the Springhill grounds for her daily exercise before settling down for the whole day. Her hunting was a great success. Everyone was alive and fed. Nobody made complaints. That's how I like it, she thought as she whipped her head to touch the breeze. The cream fae stood on the hills and caught the sight of a gray male. Narrowing her eyes, she studied his hunting. It was smart to travel downwind toward the rabbit. If he didn't the rabbit would have detected him much sooner and might be able to get away. The male also stayed quiet--which was important because of how well the animal could hear. When the wolf limped back to what seemed to be his spot, she tilted her head. Really? Arrelys gracefully padded down the hill toward the male. "Greetings sir," she said simply. The fae walked around him, but kept a respectful distance. "You have a problem with the prey I caught? You can do with a break for your ankle," the cream wolf said lightly. She tilted her head and gave him a small smile to make him feel that she wasn't trying to offend him. "My name is Arrelys by the way."

| His needed relaxation was soon interrupted by a female whose presence was unknown until she spoke. His ears lay back against his head a bit annoyed that he couldn't enjoy his relaxation without the company of another. Although he knew it was rude to reject the presence of another wolf. Knowing how well it went with Crow. So instead of rejecting the females company he sat up and turned to see her. Her words questioning his choice of hunting, so he assumed she was a Huntress. His face was blank, but he could tell how it seemed he didn't like what she caught. So instead of offending a Huntress that could be very well respected in this new pack of his, Cael decided to explain himself. "No, not at all. But ever since I joined this pack, that same night I injured myself unlike anything I have ever done before. I have not been able to put a lot of strain on my ankle, therefor I was put out of my work. My daily trainings no longer a thing since I could barely walk. Your prey is quite fine, but you must understand, hunting your own prey not only taste better but feels better and more natural for me. I could never go without hunting or training and I noticed the nice rabbit and just couldn't pass up on a good meal." he paused and thought over what he just said. His face calm yet without a smile. He almost never smiled. His eyes scanned the female in front of him. then he added. "I'm Cael, a Warrior here, I just joined around seven or eight days ago. Accepted by Elite Breeze." his last words spoken softly. This fae was a kind looking one by the looks of it and she wasn't bad looking either. And so far she didn't seem annoying. So he would give her a chance at trying to be friends or at least get to know the fae. He should at least know the pack members he would be fighting for with the job of a Warrior.
[I think this is a bit all over the place. It is midnight and I am really tired so I apologize if it is. I restarted writing half of it but left the other half as it was XD] |

| ~Hunter Arrelys~ Action Think Words | Arrelys' Bio| ~Arrelys immediately sensed the irritation in the male and almost regretted approaching him until he turned to see her. Something he thought of her might have pushed him to speak to her instead of brushing her off. Well, brushing her off wouldn't be such a great idea either. As he spoke, she noticed that the male didn't even bother to smile, but that won't stop her from being pleasant. "I understand your thoughts, Cael. If you are comfortable with something, what place do I have to change that? Can't get rid of that hunter's instinct, you know? When I was just starting to learn hunting, I would eat any prey left in the pile until I became more experienced. So again, I understand...Really," she spoke in her usual kind voice. "You have been accepted by Elite Breeze also? Me too. I've been accepted about two seasons ago. Ever since we've spoken at the border, we became friends. What do you think of her?"

| Cael nodded to the female as she explained that she understood how he felt, he felt at ease that he didn't have to worry about offending her. She seemed really kind, and now she questioned what he thought about the Elite. He didn't take his time to think, instead he just spoke his mind. "She seemed like a decent fae," the same words he used to describe how he felt about Breeze to Crow. Although that wasn't all he had to say, he added more too, figuring decent wouldn't be enough for describing her friend. "She did criticize my wording, but I have no problem with her, I could tolerate her. Which is more then most wolves get," he shrugged as he spoke the truth. His bluntness finally coming out, now that he was getting comfortable in his new home. He looked to her and watched her reaction. He wasn't trying to get a reaction out of her, it was just his normal personality. And he was glad to be back to normal. It was weird being in a strange new pack and having to worry about upsetting someone and getting pushed away for your difference in personality that you can not control. He just waited for her reaction or for her to speak again. If he did make a mistake here, it wouldn't really matter. This pack would have been just a waste if he was kicked out for speaking his mind.

| (Hopefully this post is better. ^^) ~Hunter Arrelys~ Action Think Words | Arrelys' Bio| ~Arrelys widened her deep amber eyes at his response about Breeze. "Criticized your wording? Um... Perhaps it was more helping than anything else. She is very gracious, I must say. When I first got accepted into the Agavos, we were having a conversation together. I happened to say something that could be deemed disrespectful to someone, particular to wolves with high ranks. Yes, I'm a bit blunt too. I'm trying to consider the feelings of others more..." The cream she wolf briefly looked away from the male and looked over the horizon with a smile on her face. She began to inhale the fresh scents rushing over to grab her nostrils. If she didn't recall Cael's last statement, she would have completely indulge in the nature...and forgetting him in the process. Turning back to him, she flashed him a small smile. "Sorry, I had a moment there." Stepping backwards, she gave him a mock mean look. "What? You have a problem with me now? Can you not tolerate me? I guess I will find someone who will appreciate my presence," she huffed and sat down with her back turning towards the male. The cream wolf looked to the corner of her eye before turning back with her face facing him. "So how have your eight days been?" Arrelys curled her tail around her legs as she got comfortable.

| Cael liked the fact that someone else understood him, his bluntness, need for hunting. This fae, she was one that he could tolerate and most likely be more then just allies. And instead, he could probably have a friend. He shrugged once more. "I did use a poor choice of words. But I corrected myself, luckily I have someone else here that can relate to me." he said, speaking in a kind manner. And although he was not a very humorous wolf, when she joked around with him, the corner of his maw came up into a smirk almost not noticeable but noticeable at the same time due to his normal straight face acting as if he was without a care. Cael spoke again, his smirk still on his maw as he joked back. "Oh trust me, if I couldn't tolerate you, I would be gone by now." and when she turned back to him and sat down to question him once again, his smirk left and he looked up as if it took a lot of thought as to whether he enjoyed his eight days or not. "They have been quite... odd. The only company I have had so far is Healer Crow. And I haven't been able to do my normal routine that I have done for almost my whole life. But I have to say, I am warming up to this place a bit." he looked back to her and decided maybe he should carry on this conversation too. Most of the times he would shrug away wolves but this time he enjoyed the company of another. Maybe that was what happened when you joined a pack with a healthy lifestyle. Cael wouldn't actually know, he only belonged to one pack before and they were not pleasant. He killed many and fought many times. And he wouldn't hesitate to do it again if it meant he could live a healthy life without being forced to pretend you are something you aren't. This pack has almost deemed itself worthy of dedicating his life too, but he couldn't be so sure until he knew more. "Due to the fact that I have not been able to actually meet any other wolves. Can you tell me? What are most of these pack members like? And what exactly is this packs relationship with the others?" he spoke, he needed more answers and to hear the different views of these pack members. And since Arrelys was blunt like him, she could give truthful answers that he could possibly trust.

| ~Hunter Arrelys~ Action Think Words | Arrelys' Bio| ~Arrelys listened calmly as Cael spoke about his stay at Agavos. The moment she heard Crow made her close her eyes shut. For whatever reason, his cackling would go off in her mind whenever he was mentioned or seen. It was like a scary nightmare--not that she would tell anyone else. She didn't view him as a bad wolf at all; however, he was different. That wasn't necessarily bad. It was just the cackling she would hear in her thoughts. It bothered her to the point that she would trot past the healer den instead of walking. Slowly she opened her eyes after his whole dialogue. Instead of blinking a few times as usual, she stared at the gray male. She didn't want to look like a fool already. "I'm glad that you are rapidly adjusting. I wish you many good days here," she said simply and nodded her head. Looking over to him, she wondered if she should allow him to start something for once since she basically started first and talked most of the time. Arrelys opened her mouth and closed it shut when Cael said something else. She blinked her eyes. She was grateful that their conversation wasn't a one-way path. "I'll just speak in general terms. There are four packs: Ereynx, Helidos, Pyrvanthros, and us, the Agavos. The Ereynx wolves tend to be aggressive while Helidos lean toward the nicer side. Both of the packs represent each of the scale. I say we Agavos are in the middle. We aren't too nice or mean and we value respect and honor. I like to call this pack 'the band of misfits'. Some of the wolves here come from Erenyx. We have a respectable alpha and beta. Beta Fel is the toughest wolf I observe. Elite Desoto seems...antisocial. Breeze is kind, but tough at the same time. Healer Crow is interesting, crazy... but I honestly don't think he's bad. This is from my point of view... I haven't actually took the initiative to get out there and meet everyone. I don't really know my packmates well...nor do they know me well." Her amber gaze trailed away and she took in a breath. As a member who's been in the pack for seasons, she found it a little embarrassing to not know much wolves in the pack. She wasn't exactly shy, but she wasn't outgoing either. "If you haven't noticed already...I usually approach small groups with less than maybe three wolves," she admitted and looked back at him with her amber eyes that were no longer showing liveliness.

| Cael noticed that at his mention of Crow she closed her eyes, he wondered why that was exactly. Did she not like him? He pushed that thought away as she explained each pack and a few wolves from the pack. He compared the wolves she explained to the ones that Crow explained. They seemed all relatively the same. Nothing spoken the opposite of the other. Except she didn't she explain the Alpha well, instead she just said he was respectable. He didn't mind though, she probably barely knows the brute. Although then she explained Crow, and that she thought he was interesting and crazy, while also not a bad wolf. Then that she has not really gotten to know her pack mates yet. Thinking back to how long she had been here, made him wonder why she didn't. Until she explained herself to him. He noted that she no longer seemed very... full of energy. "I don't tend to approach wolves often at all, I definitely would not feel comfortable just walking into a conversation with three wolves already there. I prefer to keep to myself. Turn away any wolves who don't seem worth my time. And being in a pack will be different now. I can't just turn away whatever wolves I want without the worry of a punishment. That will probably be my biggest struggle in this pack." he spoke calmly allowing her maybe a little reassurance. If not he wouldn't push for much more. She could talk to him all she wanted, he wouldn't mind. Although, if she didn't want to talk anymore. He would be pleased to leave. He loved being alone and he liked her company. He even smiled. More then he has in years. She had made it farther than any wolf had before, and he wouldn't mind seeing her again if she left. For now he would just wait and allow her a chance to leave or to stay. She didn't seem as happy anymore and he would understand if she left. |

| ~Hunter Arrelys~ Action Think Words | Arrelys' Bio| ~Arrelys watched the gray male as he spoke in silence. She could tell that he was trying to comfort her. He even smiled! The fae didn't know what to say. Was it something about her? During their conversation, she did learn that he didn't have much tolerance for others, but they did have a few things in common. Perhaps knowing that she related to him in some ways gave him the impression that he could be himself more with her presence. She gently pushed her first thought of his reaction away. After all, they had just met. Her previous interactions with some males did prevent her from being too open with them, but Cael seemed different. The cream hunter didn't know what it was. Looking to him again, her eyes gradually regained their liveliness with a bit of warmth. "Well Cael, everyone has struggles. I haven't met a single wolf that was perfect. It's part of life. It makes you a better wolf," she said. "That's the beauty of it," she murmured and looked to her paws as if she had something else to say. "We have some things in common, I see," she looked up. "Perhaps I'm not too bad, right?" The fae meant that as a joke of course. She recalled the moment she first spoke to him and how irritated he seemed. Then and now was a big difference. "Also, you have a nice smile. I think you should smile often." With that she nodded her head and looked him in the eyes.

| [Ooc: Squeals at the adorableness of Arrelys]
Cael watched as the liveliness came back to her eyes and a small voice in his head sounded, 'Mission accomplished'. He had reassured her and now she seemed happy again. He took note of what she said about nobody being perfect. He definitely agreed with that. Although he didn't see how that could be beautiful. Cael didn't know if he found anything that he thought was beautiful. War wasn't beautiful, and flowers weren't beautiful. He didn't know if he even had the ability to see anything as beautiful. And if he did, he wondered what it would be like. Would he ever see anything that way before he dies. Or would he just be the same to death. Cael didn't know and pushed the thought away as she spoke about the fact that they had some things in common and joked once more. Asking him if she wasn't to bad. "We do have a few things in common, and you are right. You weren't bad at all, I actually enjoy your company. You aren't annoying and you aren't disrespectful." he said with a joking tone. While at the same time being completely serious. He couldn't think of the reason of why he enjoyed her company before. Until he realized something. He enjoyed her company because she reminded him of the only good thing in his life at his old home. His sister. Her personality and looks resembled his sister a bit. All except for the fact that his sister had blue eyes and her size was a bit different.
The thoughts of his sister made him happy, and they soon were interrupted by her complimenting his smile. He nodded to her, his eyes obviously happy with the compliment and the thoughts of his dear sibling. "Thank you," he spoke softly. Before adding, "That is a great request, in fact I may use you advice in the future." 'But smiling is not the easiest thing to do when you were forced to avoid it your whole life.' he wanted to add on, but didn't in order to not crush her mood again. Now he just kind of zoned out looking at the ground with memories of his past. In his old pack, expressing emotions other then lust for war was against the law. You could not show happiness, the only exception was when you could find you ways away from your duties. Which Cael was extremely dedicated to his pack. If he dared show a bit of pleasure over anything other then death he would be beat. He watched it happen to many others yet never to him. He grew in the ranks and became Delta. He was then in charge of beating the wolves who disobeyed and being in control of the mindless drones he called his pack. But it was soon all over. A war took his pack and Cael assumed his sister was there too and died. He wasn't sure though. Cael had been through a lot in his days including being ambushed by a group of Rogues he called his friends. The ones that he killed other along the side of and took up evil ways. But after all of it, he now was here. In the company of Arrelys. Happy, yet not. His memories something he tended to push away. But they all came back to him all of a sudden. It a not-so-pleasant way. |

| ~Hunter Arrelys~ Action Think Words | Arrelys' Bio| ~Arrelys listened to Cael's response. They agreed on something which was good. At least he didn't take offence to her little joke. "I thought our conversation wouldn't last to be honest," she chuckled. "So what do you consider in someone that is annoying?" The fae asked and tilted her head a little to the side. Who did he really find annoying? If she wasn't then who was? A lot of wolves in her old tribe classified her as annoying and bratty. She didn't know why. Looking away, she began to zone out to her past. In her mind she began to see the jealousy in her older sister's eyes when she spotted her younger sister's first prey (Arrelys). She began to feel the strong wind push her pelt back as she ran along the forest chasing a deer. The fae began to smell the aroma of blood from her target after giving it a large wound. Constant yelling from her mother criticizing her looks pushed itself into her mind. The taste of having meat for the first time came right after. Arrelys then heard Cael's voice again. She quickly looked up and smiled. "You better," she said mock cheerfully. Soon after she saw him zone off. Her warm amber eyes started to look worried. The cream fae didn't want to interrupt, but at the same time she felt awkward at the moment. She looked away and started to look up at the clear blue sky instead. It took a lot to resist the urge of stealing blank glances at him. After all, I did the same thing not too long ago.
