| The lone female grazed over the land lightly, cherishing each step on her journey as if it meant the world to her. In reality it didn't, but she couldn't help but notice how beautiful the landscape was. The beautiful trees, and sweet smelling grass that lay at her feet were almost to beautiful to be reality. Perhaps she was in fact dreaming, perhaps life was but a dream. Or in her case, a misguided five year long nightmare. She dismissed the thoughts that plagued her mind as she took in a breath. Even the air here was pristine. It really was lovely, but she found as she walked she grew near to a heavily marked boarder. She pondered for a second what it would be like to live in these grounds. To belong to them. Her mind fluttered from thoughts ranging from what kind of wolves inhabited this ground to how the water tasted. Scatter brained, she could barely bring herself to disturbs the serenity with even a shallow breath. Awe struck, she realized she may have found it. She may have found a home. A true place to belong. The red hued wolf came to the boarders edge, careful not to cross it, and let loose a loud, but melodic howl. That should bring me some attention, she thought silently. As she heard paws meet the earth in the distance, she slightly corrected her gait to be submissive with am underlying strength, yet not so much to be offensive. As she could hear the approached drawing near, she couldn't help but to allow her mind to wander to who might walk before her, and what they would say to her, if they spoke. She gave no slack to her positioning as she internally sighed. She knew she had found the place she may come to reside. It was about time. |

| A long days hunting the day before left Chiara's muscles sore from trying to keep up with the large male. True she was fast, but one of his bounds equaled about three of hers, so some unused muscles were a tad angry with her this morning. Her and the hunter now frequently went hunting in the morning in between her other duties. Without any other volunteers to hunt she took it upon herself to show him the land and assist him, purely business with him, or so she thought. Memories of her time spent with Kodiak were still fresh in her mind and she often wondered what happened to him. Soon though those memories were replaced by running with Magnus, taking down a deer or sparring wth him and beating him easily. Smiling to herself a long howl drew her attention and made her path turn to the border. Trotting forward she soon came to the border and saw a new fae standing on the other side.
Curious and in a good mood today she didn't immediately snap at her, at least not yet. "Who are you fae and what is your purpose here? I am Lead Warrior Chiara of the Erenyx pack lead by the alphas Steele and Esmerlda, be quick with your answers as I dont have all day." She said, curling her tail up and standing tall, though still not standing taller then the fae before her. How her short stature irritated her sometimes. |

| The red fae gazed at the newcomer before her, gripping her claws into the dirt slightly, and felt the pinch of a thistle entering her leg. Silacea merely looked down at the plant now viciously buried into the muscle of her leg just below her elbow. Though she made no effort to pull it out, and wasted no strength to so much as wince. It was barely more than a tickle to her. She then cast her gaze immediately back the the female, who was in a dominant position. She was obviously of short stature, yet the female dared not to let her glance linger in her height, respectfully. Her big, rustic ears tilted forward to attentively listen to what Chiara had to say. "My name is Silacea, I hail from the west, and I have traveled many miles in search of a place on which to make my devotions. I believe that the great pack Erenyx is that place." She respectfully chimed as the wind began to pick up, whistling through her fur. She leaned up on her left paw slightly, putting the dark scar from her neck down to her shoulder blade on full display. She quickly corrected her stance, as she felt the fae may see the story of hate displayed on her hide.

| The new comer had already had a some what submissive position upon arrival, however it didn't change as Chiara entered the scene. Wanting more of a change the black fae drew her lips back in a snarl and stalked up at her dominantly. "You want admittance? Then lower yourself to me, submit to me as I outrank you loner." She snarled, trying to make herself taller in front of the large fae, even though it was futile. "We don't just let anyone into our mighty pack. What skills do you have that would make me want to accept you? From the looks of you it seems you can fight or are you just so poor in battle you are adorned with scars of defeat?" Chiara taunted as she waited for her to submit. Standing tall Chiara was fierce in the light. Her small body was riddled with small scar, young and old from her training. While her prominent scar across her eye stood out for all to see, not covered in same.
Eying the new fae's scar Chiara grew curious. "You try to display your scar as if its a badge of honor, explain this if you show it so freely. What dark secrets does it hold? Do not lie to me, for I shall know instantly." She growled, her tail lashing. |

| Silacea looked down at the fae holding no emotion in her eyes. She lowered herself, only slightly, so Chiara was just taller than she since she was so keen on stretching. She made a mental note to herself or mined her height around her, as she needed no enemies in this new land. The beautiful black faes words, however, held no sense of urgency to Silacea. It was the typical 'who are you?' Type of questions she had come to expect. She did, however, cringe once she mentioned her scars. She could feel the faes orbs eye them burningly. Shaking this new feeling of insecurity off, she realigned her ears to their relaxed position as the Chiara held her tongue to allow her to speak. "I am quite efficient in fighting, though I am not stealthy or agile, I am strong of both physique and will. In regards to my scars, they are proof of the abilities that I have been conditioned to have. I feel no pain, I need little food, and I will die to protect this packs Alphas and all in it. I am loyal to all who are important to me, and should I be permitted by you to join this pack, I shall be in debt. This pack shall have my life, less it is taken from me defending it or it's leaders." She spoke carefully, stepping back from the black fae to give her sufficient space. "I am willing to allow you to test my abilities regarding my tolerance to pain right here if you should so desire." Her unwavering voice rung, not missing a beat as she offered her right shoulder to the higher ranking wolf before her. "I shall make no advances if you wish to try." Her voice beamed honestly, as she braced herself to let her brain shut off the signals of pain. |

| Chiara accepted Silacea's display of submission and backed off a bit. Listening to her words and the typical speal of being a good warrior flew in one ear and out the other. Having already placed her as a warrior in her mind the words the grey fae said only solidified this. She seemed strong and built well for defending and her small pledge about dying to protect the alpha's didn't hurt either. It wasn't until the tone took a darker side as the fae gave her permission to attack her for some sort of test. In her travels as a loner Chiara had heard of packs who did tests on young members to get them used to pain and push their bodies to the extreme, was Silacea one of these wolves? "I have no need nor desire to prove that you can withstand pain. I have heard of packs who do tasks such as this, harden the soul and harden the body, am I correct in guessing you were subject to these tests? Here we do not expect such tests, only loyalty to the alphas. However since I am in a good mood today I shall require one test of your abilities before I make my final decision. As the Lead Warrior I help keep all warriors in shape by giving tests of my own. I want you to try and sneak up on me by hiding in the bushes. I shall remain here unmoving and blind. By your actions will tell me how much work you need." Chiara said, backing up so she was in the center of the clearing, surrounded by bushes. "You may begin."
ooc-Silacea as a rper you may attack Chia but I shall be the one to decide if you land a blow. So, you may say you sneaked up on her and lunged, but I shall rp out if she actually hit. This is so we don't go into power playing land of rpers controlling damage of wolves they don't own. |

| Silacea immediately let tension fall from her body as she heard the higher ranking wolf tell her she needed no test of tolerance. She was so used to the mindset of having to be abused to proved herself she hardly expected Chiara not to test her. She bowed her head in thanks to her as she softened her hard eyes. It's obvious that she wouldn't suffer here. "Yes, I am one such wolf." Her voice meekly let out. The message carried to her ears that she would have to sneak up on Chiara in the bushes. Silacea briskly nodded, as she begun to step towards the brush, only fully submerging herself in it once the black fae said she may begin. She went into the thinnest part of the brush, eyeing her target keenly. Watching the wind through the trees, she determined what direction was down wind, it was behind her target to the left. She backed behind the bushes to a less shrubbed area, trailing around the thick thorn bushes to bring herself behind the lead warrior. She took every step in slow motion, watching every paw step to avoid the slightest twigs and dead leaves from the previous fall, making centime to align her foot falls with the faes breathing. Her paws were cushioned by the soft sweet grasses as she prepared every ounce of energy to her back legs, preparing to leap directly through a thorn bush. A move painful for most, but the red female made no second thoughts as her large frame crashed through the thorns, capturing twigs along the way. Her feet landed merely niches from Chiara's back legs, assuming the female was to whip around to the left, which was the side from which she came, she whipped to the left as well in hopes of avoiding her muzzle. Once she figured Chiara had turned around, and Silacea was poised at her left flank, she lunged for the faes muzzle in hopes that she would not be late to grab it. She waited for a connection for what felt like hours. |

| Having already taken a good look at what foliage surrounded her Chiara allowed herself to remain calm and cool as she closed her eyes to the new wolf. Keeping her breathing even and quiet she easily tracked the large fae's movements in the brush, though no obvious flaws were noted yet. Twice Chiara lost track of her until the soft brush of pelt on brush alerted her to her spot. She was indeed talented and would only need some polishing, or so she thought. The Lead waited for a typical decoy actin of alerting Chiara to a noise else where so surprise was on her side, but no such move was done. Instead the blundering wolf flew out of thorns, making a lot of noise and landed by her hind. Swinging to the left Chiara snapped out, coming inches from her skin as Silacea moved again. Not feeling her momentum anymore Chaira perked her ears to the lack of movement, and with her eyes still closed she quickly understood what was happening and quickly dove backwards, feeling a rush of wind where her maw had been. The new comer had missed, but only just. True she needed only a bit of work, mostly on tactical skills and theory of attack, but that was about it.
Not one to hand out complements Chiara simply opened her eyes and nodded to Silacea. "A fair job there. You've obviously been trained well. With a bit more training from me I see you going quite far. Now I've seen enough, all there's left to do is state your pledge to me, my pack and its Alphas. Pledge your life and soul to us and I shall accept you as a warrior." |

| Silacea dipped her head at the Leads praise. Her gaze then rose to meet Chiara's respectfully, not looking her directly in the eye yet. "Thank you. I know with your guidance I shall progress far. Perhapse I may even follow in your paw steps, Lead Warrior Chiara." She took a breath, the raised her gaze slightly to connect with the black fae's eyes. "I, Silacea, hereby pledge my loyalty to Erenyx. My paws shall serve only my pack, my heart and soul shall be devoted to the great Alphas Steele and Esmerelda, and their pack. My body shall be used however my superiors see fit, my mind shall be devoted completely. These words come without a shadow of a doubt. I will die before I let any harm come to these lands. Over my cold and lifeless body will damage be delt." She finished her pledge with a small noise of excitement. Her heart raced and her mind fluttered at the thought that she was going to be a pack wolf. The wind rose, only to fall again as Silacea waited intently for the words of Chiara. |

| Smiling at the fae Chiara dipped her maw slightly to her, approving her pledge. Her words came out pure and true, filled with devotion and commitment, just what she liked. "I accept your pledge and hereby name you Warrior Silacea. You are free to roam these lands and call them your home. You will assist in hunts and train with the other warriors and do what you're told by higher ranks. Go and find your way to camp for I have business to attend to." Chiara said, rising to her feet to leave. Motioning to the west towards the main clearing Chiara started to walk off. "Follow my path that way to the main clearing, make a den and meet others for they are your new family. Go now and serve us." She called before bounding off, leaving the new warrior alone.
