Tye's suspicious glances and icy looks put Cassiopeia on edge, what was he up to? She would need to know, he could be a threat if she was not careful in her motivations an actions. As he turned to leave, she thought back to the departing of her lover, as he went off into the cold and ended up in the den of another. The two scenes had no correlation, but her mind linked the two for some odd reason. He had been the first male to have a civilized conversation with her since her ex-mate had left her, his glossy gray coat going out into the snow, never to return. But she had drawn Diego close, she had thought that she loved him, this black wolf she pushed away with every distant phrase. There was no love in her voice, as it had been for Diego, and she knew there would never be again, enless her heart decided to make an appearance.

She turned to Silacea, hoping to see the bravery and challenge within the wolf, it seemed to speak of her character. Her strength probably won her battles, she didn't have to resort to dirty methods as Cassiopeia often did. A pang of something close to jealousy rang through her mind, Silacea seemed so much more in control then herself, both of them on their first day. Cassiopeia's little hopes, the ones she had to tuck away whenever the demon came to play, hoped for a bond to form between them, one that might help Cassiopeia from her precarious position. The little hopes had the same for Tye, but with a slightly different tone, one her mind rejected violently. The turmoil in her mind caused her eyes to grow dark, her thoughts centered on her own inner dealings rather then the forest and wolves around her. Breaking from it for a few seconds she rang out with a joyful voice, the sweeteners added once again. "Good day, Warrior Silacea. I have hopes to see you at the Shallow Bend,"

Her paws then padded across the dirt and plants, buried deep within herself. She missed the crow cawing in the tree as well as the rabbit which traversed a path not far from her. She had decided her stomach could wait until morning, her mingled feelings upset her stomach, no matter how empty it was.
